Supplied incorrect materials despite being given manufacturer’s part no. Failed to respond to email and messages via Amazon. Result for me was a very unhappy customer and delayed payment. Avoid this company and their amateur approach to business

I ordered a product through Amazon Prime in 3rd January, to date, 7th January it has not arrived. I am a Primary school teacher who needs this for a lesson on 12th January. Amazon have suggested I cancel the order. I don't want to.

They sell on an ebay shop. Clearly state they always give VAT receipts but they do not!. Wrote to Chris 3 tomes about this asking for the VAT receipt and they never replied. End result if you are VAT registered you will pay 20% more than you think if you use this shop. Poor service and no communications. Do not use a shop that tells lies or doesn't do what they say they will do

Via Etsy, I ordered a branded item... a glass cutter, so easy to compare like for like prices with other suppliers. Falcon were significantly the most reasonable.
Inclusive delivery via Royal Mail was a few days later than the range of dates estimated, but that was probably down to current unrest in the postal service. Would not hesitate to use Falcon again if price comparisons remain favourable.

Do NOT TRUST this comapany. They sell inferior quality product and when you return it to them they do send you the refund. They manage to delete the bad review or they relist the product again. Don't assume that because they sell through Amazon, they will promptly send you the refund. I bought 5 night latches from them order No. 206-3235516-9388368. I tried to fit one, was completly of very poor quality. I checked the reviews and lots of others had complained too. I sent them back and they still have not credited my account, now after 25 days. After my return I was searching again and found they had listed the same product with all good reviews. They are complete frauds.

Ordered set of 4 fence post finials, 1 finial was a different style. Phoned never answered. Sent an email with photo for replacement of correct finial, but not received a reply or replacement
Won’t use them again.

First class service and good quality product

Ordered a full box of wing nuts for about £10 when its £2-3 for 6 anywhere else, great value .

Ordered some flanged nuts, turned up really quick. Quality product, better than the original nuts that I was replacing.
Will definitely be using falcon workshops again and again and probably again.

Ordered through Amazon - items (bolts, nuts, washers) arrived very fast and well packaged. Highly recommended.

Amazon order of floristry scissors.
Wrong scissors sent out, got intouch with customer services and they told me they would send a replacement pair out. The replacement pair never showed up and they refused to give me a tracking number. Waiting for a refund from Amazon

recieved my fence post caps today great quality, happy with the product.included was a leaflet telling me to leave feedback.well heres my feedback chris.looking at the reviews its 50/50 good and bad,if you had someone decent in dispatch who knows their stuff then there wouldnt be a bad review.its a shame as it lets you down from being a great seller on ebay.get the correct product and the correct quantity and you are there matey,anyway thanks for my order,ive no complaints

Customer care appears non existent
I ordered 10 coach screws for hanging a five bar gate but only 7 arrived
Like other reviewers I tried their number but the phone is never answered
I then tried emailing ‘Chris’ but over a week later I’m still waiting for a response
Wish I’d read the other reviews before ordering
I’ll go to Screwfix next time

Some good some bad. Ordered 100 100mm vine screws. The order arrived in good time however, the screws had inconsistencies as follows:-
- varying lengths by as much as 5mm - not an issue but strange.
- some evidence that the zinc plating was poor on some individual screws I.e. some dull coating, one or two rust spots etc.,
- poor screw thread on some which I could not use.
- general poor finish.
I had previously bought the same item & quantity from another supplier which are fine and superior to the falcon ones. Unfortunately they were out of stock.

Have to say on this evidence, I wouldn’t use falcon supplies again.

Arrived promptly. Product was well packaged.
I would certainly order again.

Ordered pack of 2" thumb latches which arrived on time.
They do the job as intended but would be good if they sold longer versions.
Bought more than I needed but considerably cheaper than buying one or two in store.

Ordered 150mm concrete / frame fixings screws yesterday, they arrived today, haven't be able to use yet but very happy with the product and service, also included was hex bit for fitting screws, very nice touch, thks lads

Ordered some 3/4 inch UNF hex nuts for a project 23/02/2022, arrived 26/02/2022 as promised, no problem.
When opened package, found that the supplied nuts were 3/8 UNF. Not really useful for my project.
Sent an e:mail to Chris on Monday 28/02/2022 explaining the situation, and as of today,07/03/2022, I have had no reply or been able to contact the company by telephone as my calls have been answered automatically and not able to leave message as line hangs up.
It wasn’t an expensive order, but will now have to resource elsewhere.
A quick reply would have been nice FALCONWORKSHOP
