I ordered 3 dresses, I loved one, the other two are very poor quality. I sent an email asking to return them (following the instructions on their website) & FOUR emails later I have yet to receive a refund. They keep offering me a partial refund & I can keep the items. I don’t want the dresses, I want a refund. So, now I’ve had to open a case with PayPal to hopefully get my refund.

Wait time for delivery is too long
Wait time for delivery is too long. One of my orders was out of stock, but I was not informed until I kept asking where my order was. In the end, a refund was issued and my order came. Two out of three articles were ok. Dress was misrepresented in the ad- claims that it was a Jersey material were incorrect. Fit is terrible but since there’s nothing actually wrong with the dress, it’s not returnable.

Pleasantly surprised!
I rarely shop at online stores seeming to originate in China because my experience is that usually the merchandise is cheap and terribly made. I made an exception because the price was right for a dress I loved and, after over a month, my dress arrived. It is lovely! It is well-made and lined, looks exactly as pictured on the website, and looks much more expensive than $25! I will be checking Falissa again. The only drawback (and the reason for 4 stars instead of 5) is the amount of time between ordering and the item arriving. However, they do inform you shipping to the US takes a while.

They don't do returns!
The two dresses that I bought were so big they fit my pregnant daughter. However the colors were not the same as the picture and ugly so I requested a return. They don't take returns, they offered me a $13 refund after spending $90.

Overpriced crap. The fabric is polyester (not cotton blend or chiffon as described) I would not pay more than $10 for an item. Cheap Cheap Cheap and not worth trying to return to China.
