Ordered trousers that looked good at descent price, the trousers had a hole at top of legs in the seam, cost 40 asked for a full refund in exchange for return of trousers, they offered 20, i declined and reiterated what I had asked, haven't heard anything since. Would not recommend this company... Do not buy from them.

I received my two pairs of trousers 15 days ago and have worn them a few time or rainier days, they don’t an amazing job at keeping me try and comfortable due to them being light weight and soft. would definitely recommend

I had a great experience with this company and its products. The Men's Urban Pro Stretch Tactical Pants Multicam look and feel amazing, and they have many pockets for all your items. The material on it looks and feels durable. The only recommendation is to order a bigger size than you currently are. The customer service is excellent. I reached out to them about my recent order. The pants were a snug fit, but they are willing to send me two pants of a bigger size. To me, this is a phenomenal customer service.

- On July 15th, we placed an order for a uniform (shirt and pants) and received it on the 29th. Although the shirt was too small, I wanted to return both items due to the poor quality of the fabric.
- On the 29th, I requested a refund, but the company was unwilling to provide a full refund. Instead, they offered various options in the past 20 emails we exchanged:
1. Sending a larger shirt (However, due to the fabric quality, I wanted to return both items).
2. Providing a direct refund of $30 USD (I paid $118.74 USD).
3. Sending the shirt and pants in the next size up without requiring the return of the pants.
4. Offering a direct refund of $50 USD.
5. Informing us that they cannot provide a warehouse address since their UK location is deactivated.
6. Requiring the return of the items to China with a handling fee of $20 USD plus shipping costs, despite them being responsible for covering the return shipping as the purchase was within 30 days.

And this discussion is still on going.

Great pants

I had given them a wonderful review. Allow me to correct that mistake. The pants were originally too tight so apparently they run a size too small so you have to account for that. Instead of just allowing me to return them they wanted a good review in exchange for a bigger size so I complied. I have them the review then waited way too long to receive them. When I finally received them I wore them for a day and right there in the front they tore!! I wrote them about it immediately with a picture and they wanted to send me more?! I told them that this time I just want my money back and they refused to give a full refund! I promise I lost more than them with having to go home and change at work. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!

The pants are great (G3). They are close fitting where they need to be and relaxed where you need a little extra movement. Can never complain about not having enough storage either. Material seems tough too. If you're looking for Tactical pants without breaking the bank these are definitely the ones to go for
