I placed an order with False9Fits quite recently. The order tracking was great and when the shirt arrived I was really impressed with the quality. The size guide perfectly matched the fit so all in all a really good customer experience and I will be shopping with them again.

Originally this was a one star review as I’d heard nothing back from the company, but to be fair they have resolved the issues super quick now (after a little pestering) they’ve partially refund my purchase AND sent out overnight a replacement top for the one that went missing in delivery first time round.

It’s all a company needs to do, communicate.

I am currently waiting for a £65 refund. I received confirmation that my refund had been approved on the 10th April 2025 …it is now the 24th April. I have emailed the customer service address twice in 24 hours to chase my refund and heard nothing. It’s a real shame because the product was good, it just wasn’t needed in the end. I am uploading this review to hopefully get a response and in turn the refund I am owed.

I had never used this company before but I heard good things from a relative about their shirts so I decided to give them a try, the delivery took longer than anticipated but that was due to royal mail and not the company as they dispatched less than 24 hours after I ordered. The quality of the shirts are fantastic, for those people saying the shirts are fake, they are good quality reasonably priced replica shirts which is how they advertise on their website. Their customer service team is extremely responsive I had an unfortunate issue with a shirt being missing which they rectified immediately and were very professional about and they were very receptive to my concerns. I will be using this company again and have recommended it to family and friends thank you guys again so much.
