Very dissatisfied. The corner was damaged, and the item arrived dirty and with loose white font letters on it ( that wasn't apart of this item). The purported "VIP service" is still unclear. Furthermore, the delivery took 25 days.

This company should change its name to famhating. This company was the worst to do business with. The mailing system and time frame they give is utterly and completely false and horrible. The gift itself didn’t look much like the online presentation. I also paid for a gift bag to be delivered with the product as well. I guess this company interprets that as a krinkly mailing envelope. If you’re thinking about doing business with famhating please don’t and run the other way.

Ordered on May 6th, as of may 23rd they still have not shipped. Every time I email they say they will expedite but nothing happens. This is a scam and I recommend not ordering from them. They don't want to refund so I will have to go through my CC company.

Update, June 6th. CC company contacted them so they supplied a shipping number on 28th of May. The shipper still has not received the merchandise. They just go through the motions hoping you go away. Please spend your money elsewhere.

Month out, still no product. My fault not checking reviews. If I knew it was being manufactured and coming from China, I would’ve never ordered. Again big mistake on my part. Never trust Facebook advertising.
Hope someone gets punished for this. But then again, that’s what you get when dealing with the PRC. Communist coward weasels

I would give it a "zero" if that was an option. Paid for expedited shipping, and it still has been over three weeks. They do not respond to emails. After reading all of the other reviews, I am now scared that this is a total scam. I read about it on Facebook, and ordered a Mother's Day gift two weeks in advance.

Orders a gift for mothers day and still have not received the the item. Shipping has no update. Reached out through email no luck only being told it has bwen shipped. Do not waste tour time and money with this company. Horrible experience, now I have to dispute the charges and hope for the best since it doesn't seem Ilike i will be receiving this item. Order on May 1st

Literally purchased a gift for Mother's Day on 5/4/25 weeks in advance, paid extra for shipping. Today is 5/18/25 and still haven't received the item or any notification that it is even being shipped.

Ordered a “MOM YOU ARE THE PIECE THAT HOLDS US TOGETHER WOODEN PUZZLE PIECE MOTHER'S DAY SIGN” from famgifting.com on May 1, 2025, as my wife’s Mother’s Day Gift, with “Expedited Shipping.” It is now 15 days later. I have not received the product nor can I find a phone number ANYWHERE on the internet for the ‘Company.’ This ‘Company’ is 100% a scam. On their Instagram, FaceBook and Pinterest all of their pictures of “their products” are stolen from legitimate companies and people, mostly Etsy Shops. Stay away from this Company! They are a scam!

Terrible experience, ordered gift for Mother’s Day only because the processing time/shipping time (to USA) advertised on their website said item would arrive in time. Thursday before, status says item still in production (in China). Contacted them and they provided completely different processing/shipping time. Having to go thru the hassle now of disputing thru PayPal. I would strongly recommend avoiding unless delivery time is not an issue. I can’t speak to quality, as item is still not here even 2 days after their revised delivery estimate.

Terrible quality for a hefty price. Worth no more than 5 euro but paid 55 pounds! Learnt my lesson!! Late also!

Terrible company. Ordered for Mother’s Day and paid for 1-2 express delivery on 22nd March!!! STILL NOT received item 7th April.

Please just wait a little longer” disgusting company service. Ignoring the questions in my emails as to where my item is and why the delay when paid £13.99 delivery faster. Just repeating “ wait a little longer” company is a scam. Will be contacting NH trading standards and bank.

Product is terrible. Marks on the jigsaw pieces. The supporting backboard isnt even the same size as the front. It's not finished off all edges are black other than one.
Clearly a poorly finished design.

What I received can't even make out the mummy word and chipped and scratched everywhere after waiting nearly 2 weeks more than I should have , and the review won't let me upload a photo

I ordered a gift for mothers day from Famgifting.com. It was a mothers day present for my wife, and the title of the piece is "Mum, you are the piece that holds us all together". below it are some jigsaw pieces that are stuck to the item. I filled in all the names for the pieces, assuming that the Mum one was a given. I had no contact from them until it was time to dispatch the item.

I received it yesterday to find the jigsaw pieces are not stuck on in a straight line, in fact this is made more obvious but the lines that mark on the board where the jogsaw pieces should go. But my biggest problem is there is no Mum tile in the centre showing that she is the piece that holds us all together.

I contacted customer services and received a short email back saying I should have requested a Mum tile as well. But didn't offer "we could send out a mum tile" and see if you can sort it. absolutely no effort in their approach. I have your money and now I don't care. I will contact my credit card company to get a refund for this sub-standard item.
