I am very upset about the product you sent me..I have ordered 2 shirts. The first one was worth the money. The second one was not at all what I expected. I ordered the same size in both. The second one was so thin you can read through it. It is 2 sizes smaller then the good one. I paid $33 for dollar t-shirt with some writing on it. Cannot get ahold of anyone through their 800 #.

I am still waiting for an order that was placed in March! I have contacted them several times. I keep getting the same generic email! They had been referred to me with glowing reviews so I assumed the delay was the cause of the pandemic. I am not too sure about that now! I would not recommend out of the country orders to anyone. You would have a better chance ordering to a family member's house & having them mail it 🤬 very disappointed!!!!

I ordered a long sleeve t-shirt for my daughter. The guaily was great. She put it on as soon as it arrived. Great quality and great customer service.

I was charged instantly for the four shirts, but I never recieved a confirmation email. There is no way to contact the seller and find the order. I took a screen shot when I ordered and the order number is invalid.

Familybold.com was easy to use and kept me updated with progress of my order along the way. I ordered a t shirt and a sweatshirt...both of which came in a timely manner and they are both of good quality. I am pleased with my purchases and will order from their site again.

This company went above and beyond! When I let them know that my order had not arrived, even though the post office said it had been delivered, they offered to send it again, at no extra cost to me. It has arrived, and I love it. It's a shirt about retirement that I had bought to celebrate myself, which became even more important when celebrations ceased to exist in the wake of COVID. Thank you for helping me celebrate the weird end of a long, successful career in teaching.

I have purchased 2 shirts from Familybold and am delighted with both of them! They wash well, the colors stay bright and I get compliments whenever I wear my shirts. I am an SLP and often I find shirts either too plain or too kid oriented. I was happy to find some “sass” shirts with Familybold!
