Deceived and disappointed
I ordered these pajamas about a month ago and they are sitting overseas somewhere!! You claim to be a husband and wife team from California, which is not true. You are deceiving people and I will be sending reviews out wherever I can so others will know not to order from you. I don’t even want these pajamas now they are gonna be coming too late for my grandchildren. I would like a refund which I know is going to be a joke trying to get. The communication has not been good and his pajamas were expensive. I hope others read this and will not order from you.

I like the pajamas, but they don't back what they advertise on their website. They say "Happy Customer Promise" and "Free Return/Exchanges" . I needed to swap out sizes (package was unopened and NOT customized) - and they said they don't do exchanges, and offered me a discount on another pair of pj's.

Good Customer Service, but do your Homework!

I will say their customer service has been very responsive which has helped, but I do wish I would have bought local where I could actually feel the product. Do your research because their website does inform the customer of all of these concerns, but they are easy to miss.

Overall the Christmas pjs I ordered for my family turned out great. The style was just what I wanted and they are super soft and comfortable. The only problem I have is the pants were a little long for my sons. They are a size 2 and 4-5Y. But other than that it all looks good.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. If you have an issue you will not be taken care of. I have been going back and forth with this company since christmas when 2 of my 4 sets came in for my family of 4. We were all so sad as jammie’s is a tradition we love. However disappointment has led to completely frustration. This company is horrible and they keep repeating that because 2 came in …even though it ruined the matching christmas pajama experience …customer service is insisting they have no returns so all I can get is a partial refund. This company’s customer service is AWFUL, do NOT buy from them, they charge premium prices for xmas jammies but do NOT give any service to match the pricing. This is my first 1 star review I think maybe ever… :(

Leave the Christmas lights up till January!
We let our 9 year old, big time Swiftie, daughter pick our family pajamas for Christmas this year! They did not disappoint!
From the minute I pressed 'buy' the progress tracking was PHENOMENAL! From 'got your order' to 'we are making them' now 'inspecting them' to 'getting ready to ship'... I never had to guess whether or not they were going to be there for our first holiday event!
From a quality standpoint, they are almost dri-fit material, so very breathable for the Southern winter nights.
We have decided these aren't going away with the other holiday gear and will continue to wear them!
Now we will wear them loud and proud and educate all those that don't fully understand our T Swift allegience with these awesome pop-culture on point pajamas!

The pajamas are cute, but cheap and direct from China
The pajamas are cute, however, it took several weeks for them to arrive even though it was suppsed to be "expidited" of 5-7 days. Like I said, they're cute, but I was expecting a little better quality for what I paid. The pants are a thin, cheaper fabric like you would get on Amazon, and the top imaged is simply ironed on a cheap T-shirt. The fit is small, and I realized why when they finally arrived. They are shipped DIRECTLY from China, which I was not expecting. I believe this company in California just orders them from China and marks them up. We were so looking forward to wearing these on Christmas when visiting family, but only ended up wearing them for a couple hours at home, since they were not comfy with a small fit. I should've went with my gut and ordered from Amazon. I would've received the same quality, which I would've expected, and I would've saved AT LEAST half of what I spent, and received them within a month. All I know, is I am very disappointed. I just want to set up the expectation of what you're receiving. Cute, but cheap fabrics with chinese sizing. Our dogs jammies were super cute and actually fit, and that's why I upgraded it to 3 stars. Maybe we just weren't as lucky with what we were sent, since there appears to be a lot of "satisfied" customers.

BEWARE!!! Ordered pajamas for my daughter which was one size to small. Even though their site clearly says Easy returns within 30 days is not true. Received an email from Gracie saying no returns as it is custom made which was not the case. Just wanted to exchange for 1 size up.
She offered a 50% discount and the code did not work.
