I received my "Family" in time promised,the decal was easy to install/ attach. I'll be back if/when Position Available is filled.

These are ok. Should just save the excess cash. And buy generic types.

most have already feel off, started to peel or fade.

Put on approx a week before Christmas!

I ordered 3 different sets for our daughters' families. One family required 3 different characteristics for dad. A combination of 2 were offered, so we chose the most important 2 (glasses and goatee). With the additional section of the order allowing me to ask a question, I questioned whether a 3rd characteristic (hair, dark if possible) could be also added. I was contacted and offered hair options. I selected the style as well as dark hair. The custom order arrived and we have a very happy family eager to add their stickers to the family van.

In February it would make a year that my sticker family has been on my car and I could say I absolutely love it and would recommend it to anyone they I have no peeled off or faded and I realize that once I got up and addition and seeing that the color was still perfect!!!

I'm sorry to say that I had a very disappointing experience with family stickers. First time the order was returned back to the sender for wrong shipping address. Second time, I sent them the correct address and again it was typed wrong and I had to go to USPS answer a hundred questions about the package and then finally receive it. It was a big hassle and I had a very disappointing experience. Otherwise the sticker was was neat and as expected if not for the bad delivery experience I would have given a five star rating.

Having the ability to customize the stickers is so much better than off the shelf! Plus, the price is nice and low!

Ordered a sticker on the Tuesday before Thanksgiving. Paid the extra $15 rush fee (as I didn't want to wait the 2-3 days the site said it could take to process the sticker), plus I paid for FedEx delivery.
The Friday after thanksgiving I still had not heard or seen anything. I emailed asking what was going on and was told they had left for the holidays when my order came in (apparently they take the entire week off? Would have been nice to mention that on the website), and that the order would be shipped within a day. The following week (at this point the event I wanted to give the sticker as a gift at was over, so I didn't even really need it any longer), I received an email from USPS stating a package was mailed and was underway. I again sent an email asking what happened to the FedEx shipping and was told they mistakenly sent it USPS, but not to worry, another sticker would be sent shortly. Two days later, I received an email from FedEx stating a package was under way. When I complained about the rush fee, it was finally refunded (by this time it was Dec 7th - a full two weeks after ordering). Two stickers arrived (one FedEx and one USPS) after that.
I am appalled at the lack of communication, the poor customer service, the resistance to acknowledging the problems or issuing a refund.
The sticker itself appears to be OK, but again, my deadline was missed, so I will not be able to use it. Will definitely NOT use this company again.

My wife and I have a car each so we decided to get a set for each car doing different things . On my car it was bike riding and on her car it was her looking stylish and me in a canoe as I love it . The comments we have had are that they are both great . There was no stress in ordering or mail delivery . We will be getting more of their products

From what I can see, they came out GREAT!! I looked up at a light to see them. I haven't put them on yet because the directions told me it should be no colder than 50 degrees. I'll put them on in the spring.
I can't wait to see them on. It's going to be soooo cute😊

Bought a new car... and wanted to re-order almost the same stick-figure team as before, and dug-up my prior email receipt.

The service-team replicated & made tiny modifications as requested, in a series of 5 or so emails in about a week, and the new stickers are just right.

It is perfect!

We live in an area where we have over 110 degree summers. Love that i can still make my kids shorter than me when in real life they are all taller. Both sets we have had have lasted 4+ years. Our heads are starting to peel off and we look headless.
