Horrendous, item not arrived in over 6 weeks and still not here. Offered to send a replacement after 6 weeks, why would I want a Christmas mug about a baby bump sending out to me in January by the time the cup arrives and is relevant the bump will be a 9 month old child. Company are refusing a refund despite not complying to the terms of agreement in this sale.

My husband loved the t-shirt. Great shirt, good quality and print.

My dad loved his coffee mug that I got him for Father’s Day. He’s been the highlight for most of my life as a step father & I wouldn’t change it for the world. He deserved something that would make him smile everyday & since day he opened it he tossed out majority of his mugs because he uses it every single day.

My husband was very happy with his mug for father's day. It came with more than enough time to hide and surprise him!

Shocking ordered on 5th June 2020 for a fathers day present still got nothing keep getting emails with a ticket reference saying customer service will be in contact still nothing stay away 20 quid down now and no gift horrendous company needs shutting down ignorance and theivies you are

I ordered a shirt for my husband for a Father's Day gift. I ordered it on June 6th and here we are June 26ty and my order status states it's in "printing" status and will ship 10-20 days when your advertisements stated a much faster time that I can now not even find the advertisement. Horrible way to run a business. Once (if I ever get get my order) I will not be ordering from this company ever again. Extremely disappointed and don't recommend.

I ordered two items. One shipped in a timely manner, but then my order showed closed. I emailed multiple times checking on the second item because it was a Father's Day gift. They kept telling me my order was fulfilled and delivered. I advised the customer service rep that my order screen still shows processing on the second item, and its been well over a month. I requested to cancel my order because it still had not been processed and clearly not shipped. I did not receive an email back for days, and then they shipped my item and it is well, who knows where. Terrible customer service, and terrible wait time to receive your order. If you need your order sooner than 2 months, i wouldn't waste your time ordering.

I ordered a mug for Fathers Day and got in really quick and exactly as advertised!

The item ordered (Tshirt) was as advertised & as expected. We are very satisfied with it! Received sooner than expected.

The WORSE customer service I have ever dealt with. The checkout email stats you can makes changes to your order including address up to shipping LIE... my phone accidentally auto filled in the ZIP Code as soon as I hit confirm I received a confirmation email and noticed the error, I Immediately emailed Customer Service to let them know and I did exactly what the email told me to do. I received an email stating sorry your order can not be changed its been shipped LIE... it was not shipped out yet per one of many of their generic email responses. I put in another claim to customer service chat stating please change the zip code it was now non-deliverable and it’s getting shipped back to you please fix the ZIP Code and send it back and that I would even pay for shipping I’ve gone back-and-forth with what i think is now a generated email response because now they shipped it out again per another generic response email to the same exact original ZIP Code it’s going to get sent back to them again by DHL/USPS I cannot get anybody to call me I cannot get anybody to even respond to my question i get the same generic email sorry your order has been shipped to the address at check out. Hello people I’ve already stated this several times just change the ZIP Code it’s costing them money me money all I want is somebody to call me, email me without a generic email response, look at my actual claims, and just update my zip code.... I have done exactly what the generic email told me to do and what I read they don’t read, they don’t fix the issue, and this was placed in the beginning of April and feel like Im going in circles. What kind of company does not have a phone to call somebody with an issue I don’t wanna chat anymore and I do not want to send emails back-and-forth I want to talk to a live person to fix this at this point.

Overall I’m satisfied my only complaint is it took awhile for delivery and I think they should of shipped my mug and shirt at the same time but I’m satisfied with the product

The shipping was really fast and the whole purchase process was so smooth and easy! The printing could be more tinted, it looks a little washed (hence the 4 star review instead of 5) but overall, it looks just like the picture online and the packaging it came in is so well made and simple that I'm wrapping it as it is. Thanks!
