How about actually ship the merchandise. This is nonsense. Will never use this company again. Apparently I'm out my money because when I try to respond it keeps telling me invalid order number Never again.

Ordered three personalized ornaments. 1 came in with the name spelled wrong. I asked them 5 times to send me a copy of the order that showed I input the wrong spelling. All I got back was a computer generated answer. If I made a mistake on the order that is fine. They would never send me a copy of the error. Never ever order from this company. Poor customer service.

Very cheap bad quality, and very high price comparing with the market price, almost 3 times more than others.

I ordered three t shirts for my grandkids. They loved them!!
Numerous graphics to pick from.
Lots of colors too. Fast delivery.
A+++++ Definitely would do business again.

Purchased 3 personalised hoodies.
When received too small, measurements of chest, length did not match the size chart on website
Have sent about 15 emails and 5 with photos of measurements on hoodies, no human response from the last 8 emails only auto robotic response
Sent an email 2 days ago no auto response at all (1st email 17/1-20/2)
I am so frustrated and disgusted with their lack of support and it goes against their policy if not satisfied with the product
I live in Australia.
I’ve tried to Google where the company is. Receipt of purchase from Sen Merchandise in England, where is this product made??
Is there anywhere to go to make a formal complaint such as Consumer Affairs in Australia
This is a genuine complaint and not a scam
Any other suggestions??

1/3/23 Since I wrote this review there had been no further contact from this company despite a phone call to England leaving a message re complaint and review sent to them
I would recommend not purchasing from them

I do like the picture frame they sent BUT! it was not the one I ordered. I tried contacting them several times and all they sent was an email. THEY DO NOT CALL YOU. NOT EVERYONE IS AVAILABLE TO EMAIL. This is unprofessional and a sign of WEAKNESS that they treat the customer that way. I DO NOT RECOMMEND FAMILY TEE LOVE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. They do not care they took my money and never spoke with me.

This business is FRAUD. Zero customer service, I'm pretty sure we are dealing with bots. They do not remedy orders, they do not issue refunds. They cite internal rules. Complete BS. 100% FRAUD.

My first order apparently got lost so I contacted them and they helped to see what happen and reshipped a new one with no problems. I received the new one and can tell you it is made very well. I recommend them

Ordered a shirt good quality prompt delivery. Will use again. Only one draw back I have a very tiny preschooler so the XS is to big. But that is not the companies fault.

My daughter liked her shirt. The material was nice. Didn't take long to get my shirt.

***update-I did receive my tee when anticipated. The print was acceptable and was what I was expecting. Unfortunately, the size was an extra small, ( no toddler sizes were offered) however too large for my 4 year old granddaughter. The policy is no returns unless there is a printing error. Basically, I spent $20.00 on a tee that my granddaughter may be able to wear as a nightshirt in a couple of years.

I have not even received my tee yet and have reached out via email twice ( which I hate) to customer service personnel and twice, I have been emailed back with a automated response, without a resolution. My concern was that if my item wasn't shipped when it was originally supposed to, I needed to get the shipping address changed. They responded twice by telling me my order went to print and it could not be modified. That's not my problem. I needed someone to change the shipping address, has nothing to do with printing!!! I left my information on a recording and as far as I know, there has been no call back. I'm not happy because this is a gift for my granddaughter's first day of pre-k and now she may not get it before her 1st day. Ridiculous customer service so far. Hoping they can redeem themselves. If they do, I will definitely re-post!!!

I bought a shirt and I ordered the size I normally wear. Their shirts fit small. I reached out to the company to see about getting my money back since the shirt does not fit it is to small. They have done nothing to correct this other then say you received the size you ordered. No customer service at all to make a customer happy. Very disappointing

I made my order on the 13 of February and today is the 26 of April and I still didn't receive it. They told me I can ask for a reprint, I did it, they promised to ship it till 23 of April but it didn't happen. They are liars. They deceiving people!

I love the shirt. I got the wrong size. Could I please purchase another one. Overall I love shopping on the site. Keep doing a good job.
