I ordered a sage green suit from Famous Jackets, the picture on the website looked just like what I was looking for.

Sadly, when it arrived it did not look like the picture on the website, the shoulder pads in the jacket didn’t sit right on my shoulders, it was slightly too long in the leg of the trousers and the colour wasn’t the same.

The communication from the company was brilliant, they answered all my queries very promptly. Great customer services.

I received a full refund and told to keep the suit, which will go to the charity shop possibly as I will not wear it.

The issue was resolved and my refund was back in my account within 3 working days. So, although I didn’t get what I wanted in the end, the issue was resolved promptly and efficiently. It’s just a shame the products don’t match the website or the quality.

bought a vest & jacket & neither look like the site's pictures!
the jacket design looks rushed & the vest looks good, but the sizing isn't made for a person - not even just too big, it's 'square' & does not fit according to a person's body.
in the process of trying to sort it out but way over priced for items that do NOT fit what they show on the site.

ITS A SCAM, do not buy from here! where do i start, i ordered a trending essentials hoodie for £60 thinking it would look exactly like the picture. IT DID NOT! i received a plain black hoodie with a printed logo on it (that was peeling off) outraged and disappointed i looked at the invoice that strangely said it had come from some random apartment in pakistan. then i looked again and it said i had paid 30 US DOLLERS for this embarrassing attempt at a hoodie. I LIVE IN ENGLAND AND PAID IN BRITISH POUNDS. now unable to return my ugly new hoodie that i paid £60 for i decided to leave a review on their official website of which they DELETED! i’ve never had such a terrible experience buying from somewhere and never been so disgusted, also may i add someone had left a used wallet in my package, so i don’t know what’s going on with that but it’s gross and weird. please for your own sake DONT buy from this website! they should genuinely be embarrassed and ashamed for scamming people like this it’s disgusting…

So it is this company that sells a very cheap copy of the pink palm puff hoodie, where in the advertised photos of the product the design is embroidered, but we have received a product with painted design.
They are intentionality deceiving customers, a disgraceful act, which the law of karma will ballance out.
A disgraceful, untrustworthy, greedy and deceitful company.

Good company to buy from, and if the product is not correct you are refunded.

I have never experience any problems with FamousJackets.com if you buy from them and the product has any issues, they exchange it or refund the money. Honest and Recommended

I bought a jacket, at Famousjackets.com, and got the worse experience ever!
First the jacket was 20 days to late, on delivery. Then seconly the jacket was NOT AT ALL as described, and shown on the picture. and then they almost refused to give me the returnaddress (it toke many emails, and days for them to finaly give it up!), and just delayed the process even more. And when i sent it back to them, they first lied about reciveing the jacket, but I sent it with 'Track and trace' so i knew that they had recived it. And then they said that they couldnt give me a refund, because now to many days have passed since i made the order! - but the delay was caused all be them!
This is the worse website/ company i have ever bought from! and im writeing this to warn everybody else, NOT to buy ANYTHING from this horrible company, because they will probably just cheat you and practically steal your money, and you stand at the end with nothing.
