I bought tickets for the football match and picked a better category, opting for seats slightly more expensive than the cheapest ones. On the stadium map, I chose a section in the second-to-last tier. However, on match day, they sent me tickets for the very top row, right under the roof, and refused to refund the price difference.

There was good communication about change in dates of the match and ticket support from Fanatic. Tickets were all delivered on time and I was satisfied with that. Though one QR code and bar code didn't work on one ticket at the stadium entry gate. But the stadium staff let us in anyway.

Brilliant time tickets arrived when they said seats were brilliant and enjoyed every minute of it?

We got the tickets like promised and all went well so in that regard we really liked your service. On the other hand we got our tickets 30 hours before the event and that is really a scary feeling and not something i will ever do again

Was a bit dubious buying F1 tickets given all the scams around but fanatix is legit

Bought a 4 day grandstand seat to the australian grand prix and was a bit offput by the fact that I wouldn't recieve my tickets til the week of, but lo and behold, 3 days before the event the tickets were transferred to me without issue.

No number to contact

I have purchased Australian F1 tickets from Fanatix…except the tickets haven’t been sent to me…the event starts tomorrow! While previous contacts have been responded to promptly ( formulaic and AI generated?) attempts to contact today are without response.
Fanatix: please prove me wrong and call me to provide an explanation, and send me the tickets please.

Update: Ben from Fanatix contacted me with reassurance of how and when the tickets would arrive and within minutes, true to his word, the tickets arrived via Ticketmaster. I am hugely grateful to Ben…I was getting a little nervous. Rating amended accordingly.

I was travelling from the UK On match day so was worried that I didn’t have a ticket . It came as promised and the seats were even better than I imagined .
Entry to stadium using the mobile ticket worked without issue .

I was a little wary buying tickets off a reseller. I simply didn't want to disappoint my lad by getting tickets, driving hundreds of miles to get to the ground and fund the tickets weren't valid.
I looked at multiple websites and chose fanatix.
The process was smooth and quick - from buying the tickets, getting them verified inside a couple of minutes to seeing the e-ticket download and adding them to Google wallet which confirmed the tickets were not added to any other e-wallet.
I'll definitely consider fanatix again.
