Creators on the platform are very nice

Creators on the platform are very nice, and make amazing content. I wish I discovered fancentro earlier. Vixyless is one of my fav creators, would recommend. If you ever have a bad day, log into fancentro and it’ll get better

As a creator this is the best website…

As a creator this is the best website to use🤩
The helpdesk is always available 24/7 and they respond always within 5 min.

The page itself works very easy and if you have a hard time using it there are coaches who helps you through it all. I’ve got the best 😉 and that’s laurel😍😍 she helps me With live meetings and they go through your page and explain everything one by one to get the best start up.
And afterwards there are extra feedbacks to get the best out of your account.

This is a page for the creator instead of only making money through the models.
Personal and feels like a family 🥰

For me it’s a big 10+ ⭐️

The best fan platform

Amazing platform, probably the only one that actually cares about creators and their business. They have lots of great payment and payout options and my fanbase has grown exponentially since joining. Fancentro takes care of my fans as well; one of my biggest followers had a technical issue and couldn't view my content... he told me that the support team helped him figure out the problem even though it was his device that wasn't working properly! Wow, I can't say enough good things about the people there. It's great to work with real humans. Big shoutout to my coach who works with me whenever I need!

In short: Stay away… simply horrible

After maling 4 Subscriptions to get access to premium stories and snaps and waiting for the 48h to pass. I contacted support and the support asked me to do all the steps in the help faq (which I fid before contacting)… the best thing was his next approach. He suggested to look at each subscription one by one (as in one after another) and that he would try to contact the creator (Well to those not familiar, it’s a part of the help faq suggesting to dm the creator first😂)… well let’s malke it short -> after two weeks I demanded an update and there was new rubbish offering 50% discount. I said I invested enough time and will just cancel memberships and issue a chargeback.

Well weeks later they just sold they’re open balance to a debt collection company which now harasses me again with an open statement that’s absolutely not enforceable in a legal way as fancentro is technically still owning me there part of the contract (they never delivered).

Of course they haven’t sent them the support protocols (luckily I kept them and I advise everyone to do the same!).

Some creators I asked didn’t even know they had a profile there and said it must be fake.

This is by far the worst company I have come a long in the past 20y.

Stay away from them simply horrible…

Update to follow up from Fancentro:

Thank you but this is simply a reposting of the support chat and doesn’t really change anything. Please understand my point too.

1. I did the charge back because nothing changed for weeks.
2. A 50% discount for what? For a subscription which might for months to follow still not fulfill the contract conditions. I hope it is clear to you that this is one of the most ridiculous attempts I have heard off… to make it clear: „A contract is only valid if both involved parties fulfill the terms“ if either partie fails to do so then it’s a breach of contract. In this case it seems to be „ If the debtor is unable to provide the service through no fault of his own, the mutual claims are deemed to be extinguished.“

=> therefor no payment is owed.

3. Again reminding you check the profiles on your platform cause either there are fakes around or content creators lye about having profiles there… not accusing but suggesting to check into this.

4. still bothering around with a dept collection company you have involved with simply no legal reasoning as it was fancentro to not fulfill the contractually guaranteed services and breach the contract.

know please excuse me as I have my own business to run and simply no time to further explain the details (that should be clear in your position anyway)..

I will soon consider involving my legal insurance to check if this fulfills the claiming of „ Circulation compensation“ if this doesn’t stop instantly.

In addition, creators may simply not notice a new fan, be on a short vacation, or face some technical difficulties.

Regarding the subsequent offer of a 50% discount, probably you are talking about a free bonus subscription we offered you for a long wait. We are really sorry for the misunderstanding caused. The subscription is totally free for you and activates automatically.

I regret to inform you that we are not able to issue a refund for the subscriptions if you already initiated chargebacks for them. It is essential to understand that chargebacks are financial transactions that involve the reversal of funds. When a chargeback occurs, the funds are returned to the cardholder, and the amount is debited from your account. This is typically initiated by the cardholder or their financial institution and is a legal process. We always recommend contacting our support team in case you face any issues with your subscription and waiting for the final decision. We understand that the wait can be exhausting, but this is what ensures that both the fan and the creator are protected to a significant extent by the platform and both parties will be satisfied at the end.

Again, we sincerely apologize for the negative experience you've had, and we are committed to making things right. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we hope to have the chance to rectify the situation.

Again: These folks profit from fraud, they take their cut and softshoe all the complaints.
Some models OFFER content for you to subscribe (pay) but NONE exists! AT all>
Shysters..the models are expected to hustle some but Fancentro appears to encourage FRAUD!

It's a fraud business

It's a fraud business. Avoid the site. The customer service is useless. If you have a valid reason for a refund they'll just say the payment is final and can't be refunded. I contacted them twice explaing that i didn't receive the product i paid for. They won't do anything and end up ignoring the ticket..

Don't get scammed, and lose money. Avoid.

Keep Away From this Fraud

Greetings to all readers,
I am another one user that was deceived by fancentro. Please trust me and avoid any use of this site. Their politics is to charge the client constantly without caring about his approval.
No refund is provided and the answer to users objection is the same copied answer like : "we understand your frustration. It's our policy not to give a refund. We will try to be better in the future 😂😂"
Every client or future user of this scam site please trust me and have faith and watch yourself and your money from these scammers. There are way much better apps for what you are looking. I learned by my mistakes.

I paid for a subscription to a creator…

I paid for a subscription to a creator on this platform in good faith and have not been able to access the content. The response from their customer support has been appalling and they refuse to issue a refund. I would strongly advise others to avoid this platform and use the many alternatives. As a matter of principle I have instructed my bank to issue a chargeback.
