Business to Business review.

Our studio decided to add Fancentro to our service after members requested it, along with modelcentro. Everything is going smooth at the moment, we have added our starting portion of members to site, livehelp is very helpful, knows what we are talking about and always online which is very handy as we usually need quick responses, our business is very time sensitive. Both sites look very professional and their back end systems operative effectively letting us have a hassle free experience with them and any members we add. We believe MC and FC will become a good part of our service as they also have a high payout % for members. We will be offering it to all our membership. Thanks to Alex and Rebecca.

Influencer says I decided to make a comeback using fan Centro again influencer says I about to make video with a boy again coming soon influencer says I can't do this anymore I don't have it in me anymore sorry influencer and Fan Centro took my money and delivered NOTHING and fan centro support never even replied back to me I'm done with fan centro and advise others to STAY CLEAR OF FAN CENTRO

You pay for services you never receive…

You pay for services you never receive they have no customer service skills they just take your money and ripped you off. Please use a different platform and avoid fancentro even their models tell you to boycott them they are more than happy to take your money and provide 0 service. Wont issue refunds no matter how much proof you have that they havnt provided the service

Great customer service

I had an issue with an influencer that seems to stopped and didn't close her account.

The support was amazing. They were following up with me while trying to reach the influencer.

I just got off live chat and my issue…

I just got off live chat and my issue wS resolved within minutes. And to boot, I only had to wait about 30 seconds to start live chat. Can't shout loud enough about the service response of this company.
Overall, Fancentro is awesome and so was Heather in customer service!

I ordered a year service, only got 4 months

I ordered a year service through this company and the service only lasted 3-4 months i have contact them multiple times to reach out to their client that they assured me they are in close contact with and then i had to show them proof that they were not posting. they said the best they could do is give me a month free. How is that fare i paid for a year only got 3 or 4 months and they want to make it okay with one free month. I am in contact with the BBB and credit card company do not waste your time
