I will only trust FancyHire!!

FancyHire got me 99 mining in a breeze! It was a super easy process and if you have any questions or concerns, they respond extremely quick with a resolution putting the customer first! Will def be ordering from them again!

Trusted them with over 1b in GP and gear. Have ordered multiple times from them and they just got me my quest cape from scratch. They inform you when they are logging on and when they are logging off, as well as updates throughout their work session. Overall, an incredible experience.

Best bang for your buck

Amazing service, these guys are well trained and get what you want done in no time, you can’t compare anything to it. Highly recommended, I’ve purchased over 500+ hours with no issues, have left 1-2b+ on account, no issues. Give these guys a chance and I promise you, you won’t be disappointed.

I have used many different rs service…

I have used many different rs service providers and have to say that Fancyhire is ABSOLUTELY the best I have ever had contact with. The owners Duck and Alexander are friendly and always ready to help with calculations for hours or if you want the worker to pause/logout. The workers also make atleast 8 hours a day and some may even work overtime or weekends(it really depends the worker). To end this long essay I just want to say please just check them out and choose if you want to use their service yourself. There are only benefits to it.

FancyHire got my account banned, then removed me from Discord when I asked what happened

Firsty, I placed an order for 35-91 Thieving. There were 2 weeks of delays, I was advised it was due to start after the payment had been made and then the translator was ill so it was delayed. I understood this, wished Alex well and said I would wait for contact.

2 weeks later, nothing. I was then told on the 14th day that today they would start. 7 days later I had messaged every day, they had no started and stopped responding.

Then I messaged Duck, who said this was unacceptable and that he would get it sorted and I would be compensated.

When they finally started here's what happened...

They got me 55 thieving by stealing 6000 cakes... 6000. Incredibly suspicious looking, I asked twice why we needed so many cakes and how many they were going for but the responses were vague.

Eventually at 55 they went to Ardy knights and sent pictures each day. A few days later I looked up my account on the hiscores (It's an Ironman) and it wasn't there. I attempted to log in and the account was banned and nobody had told me.

When I mentioned this is Discord, people were quick to defend FancyHire ("Well i've never had a problem", "It must be you botting before they started these guys are legit") I explained I understood that but in this case the account was legit, hadn't botted and was banned for Real World Trading (They detected someone else was working on it basically).

I was then messaged by Duck in public who stated they should never have taken this order as it was obvious, and that I needed to read ToS (I did, there was nothing covering bans only loss of HCIM status). When I asked why they hadn't told me it had been banned they said they had only recently found out. When I asked what they could do they told me to appeal it. The appeal was denied so I messaged on Discord asking what to do.

I was then removed from the Discord channel, and was unable to speak (Presumably to stop me exposing them to new customers) I asked why they had done that and they said "It's just different for each customer sir" and would not allow me to speak.

They then advised they would return 1/3 of the money I had sent and end their business with me. I told them that I was owed compensation, in their words, from all the delays and that it was unacceptable. Duck then messaged me and said he would give me 2/3 of what I had paid back and to accept it as nothing more would be done.

In turn, they did some incredibly obvious thieving methods, were obvious enough to get it banned. Took no responsibility and tried to blame me, and when I spoke out they censored and banned me from the Discord.

I have basically paid an amount of money to have this Venezuelan team get my account banned and get barred from Discord. Let it be known that at no point did I accuse them of botting, I did not disrespect them in any way and I did not use any negative language.

Steer completely clear of this company, there were so many good reviews and I assumed it was a good way to help them out financially and I see this as Lazy working, poor communication, censoring and finally stealing.

Avoid this company. Your account, no matter how cheap the service, can and will be banned and they will shut you up before you can even mention it.

Edit: After seeing Fancyhires response you will see that they have, unknowingly, agreed with exactly what I said. It's disrespectful to say that I was hassle as a customer after preventing me getting information about my ban and you also stated I accepted the "generous compensation, which I stated multiple times was unacceptable but was advised it was all you were willing to do before blocking me from Discord.

You can see from the merchants response that they take no responsibility for messing up, and are quick to offload blame onto the customer (who at no point had access to the account and was banned entirely due to FancyHires shoddy services).

The response to this review gives potential customers a very clear view of what type of response to expect and I hope going forward, less people use this service.

Edit 2: Fancyhire has accused me of lying about the timeline. I want you to explain here for all potential customers how anything I've said is a lie. I would also like to remind you that I too have all screenshots of our business and the typed transcript of our dealing that I will gladly use to refute your point.

So I'll raise you, it is actually you and your company that are the liars and rather than accept responsibility you've decided to double down. Disregard private messages, you have accused me of lying here and I want you to post that evidence and explain how you feel this to be truth.

Edit 3: Not only has FancyHire not provided any evidence to support their claims of me lying but have doubled down and done it again after providing no evidence to support their claims. I have the transcript with timestamps supporting everything. Contact me.

This ex-customer is not accurately detailing a timeline of events and instead believes its a good idea to outright lie. Our reviews via TrustPilot and our hundreds of happy customers speak for themselves. We're happy to provide further information to those that seek it via private means.

Edit 2: As per default policy, all customers receive copies of our communication for every order they make. This customer was no different, therefore has the logs. But our point still stands, the ex-customer prefers to lie than to tell the absolute truth. If you base your judgement off 1 review and ignore hundreds of reviews. Then I'll leave that decision to you.

Thank you for your review on TrustPilot - Our service is 100% Hand Played, we revoke all responsibility with bans/mutes during or after our service. All OSRS Power Leveling Services have this policy due to false detections, although slim chance. A necessary condition for all services.

In our experience of operating an OSRS Power Leveling service for over two years, we can safely say that false detections are roughly 1% of orders. Bans are then appealed and 9/10 quashed. In your case, Jagex decided to keep your ban. This hasn't happend for 6 months+ within our service and is unfortunately a risk you accepted in our terms.

We decided to cut our business short and offer you a fair compensation package, of which you accepted. Then the service removed you from the Discord, to put it into context. We've removed only a few individuals amongst hundreds of customers since we started operating. This pulls into context how much hassle you are as an individual consumer.

To those reading this review, this is not an accurate picture of our service and you're welcome to try us out. Our minimum order ranges from $20-$30 dependant on the type of package.
