Alright I guess

The delivery was slow and the plant is now dying. Not really worth the money.

Hi Hannah, sorry to hear your plant is dying.
I can confirm that the delivery date you opted for was for Tuesday 27th October and Royal Mail track and trace confirms they delivered on this date.
I can see you ordered on the Friday 24th, however we don’t ship on the weekend to prevent plants being in the post longer than 2 days. So the earliest date would have been the following Tuesday.

Great to buy from a small business

Great to buy from a small business, ordering was straightforward and plants arrived in perfect condition. Instructions were easy to follow for ongoing care (which I needed 😊) and the plants remain really healthy. A great service all round and already have plans for my Christmas list. Finally, the best thing, all packaging was recyclable with no nasty plastic to be seen. Thank you
