Had an email from Fanmerch themselves saying my order had been delivered but when I check on Royal Mail it hasn’t and I haven’t received my order, experienced a problem like this before where I placed an order and waited about 3 weeks for

POOR AFTER SALE SERVICE

I received my jacket, and found a visible stain on the sleeve. I tried to send 2 emails to solve this, and still get no reply .Their after sale service is sucks
