Misleading, dishonest

I ordered on August 31,2025 my jerseys didn’t get even get process in the 8-10 that they promise. It took 15 days for them to ship my jersey out and I won’t have it in time for my event. My order is all the way in china and I keep telling them I won’t receive it in time because OF THEM and they tell me it’s nothing they can do because it’s in transit. But it’s been sitting in china the past days. I don’t know what this company once was but it’s very misleading and untrustworthy and I will not recommend them to anyone!! Oh they did offer me store credit for my purchase but I don’t red a jersey after this Friday. Fansidea SUCKS! Do not order from them

Great Stitching and Quality

I love the jerseys! I orders baseball jerseys for our bowling team to be different. The quality is great and the stitching makes them look professional and authentic. I uploaded am imagine for the sleeve and it came out perfect. I recently placed a second order and am considering ordering a small one for my grand daughter since she is present most out league nights. I will continue to use your business for future events

I ordered a shirt for my grandson’s…

I ordered a shirt for my grandson’s birthday. The shirt did not arrive in time for his birthday which was disappointing. Then when it came, the spelling on the team was misspelled. According to them, it was my mistake. Ok, so all I ask is for them to send me the missing letter A. The charge is $30 which they claim is a gift for me. It is a tiny silk letter 1.5” tall. All I want is a shirt that I can finally give to my grandson. I’ve asked to speak to a manager, but no. I am so disappointed that the company cannot see that the over $50 shirt is of no use to me without this little letter. So disappointed in customer care and concern.
As of today, the customer service issue has been resolved to accommodate both myself and the company. I thank Helen for understanding and helping me with this.

Responsive until there is an issue.

Edit to add- After responding to my review over 12 hours ago, have still heard nothing. Expect the same.

Super responsive when getting mocks and every step of the process leading up the delivery of the items. However 2 of our 11 sweatshirts were wrong (wrong string color and didnt match the others) and one had stains up and down the arm. Reached out to the customer service rep who was helping us the entire time and it has turned to crickets. The sweatshirts had a ton of loose threads that we went through a cleaned up on our own as well.

Takes 1 month to arrive. Don’t believe their timelines!!

I ordered a custom shirt for a birthday party 3.5 weeks in advance. The website said it would take 5-8 days to arrive. If it looked good, I would order more for a group of people. Unfortunately they didn’t ship it for 11 days, and then they said it would take 5-8 BUSINESS days to arrive. Not even the test arrived before the birthday. I asked for a refund 2 weeks after ordering it. It still hadn’t left their facility. They denied my refund request. It still hasn’t left China.

Takes a while to arrive, but good end result

I was skeptical with the company being overseas from the USA but the end result was positive. It took about six weeks to finally get the jersey but I was happy when it arrived. At one point in the process the company deemed the jersey lost during the shipping process and immediately stated they would remake the jersey and ship it with expedited shipping. However, about a week later the jersey arrived at my residence. So while it took a while to get the jersey the company is legitimate and has good customer service when issues arise.
