I placed two separate custom bulk orders (about 60 jerseys) for our youth hockey team, and their customer service was excellent! They were so quick to respond, detail oriented, and offered great pricing. Additionally, they arrived very quickly for custom and personalized jerseys! We will definitely plan to order in the future! Fansidea completely blew me away with their customer service! I was planning a last-minute corporate event, and our leadership team wanted to create custom jerseys. I was pressed for time, knew it was a tall order, and did not really expect to get them in time. Whisper J was all over it; they let me know the original template we mocked up wasn't going to work, but quickly found a replacement and made sure we got it on time. The jerseys came out great, and I already put in a new order to get some more. I definitely plan to use Fansidea again in the future!

Fansidea.com for a personal purpose very close at heart — my mother’s homegoing service. These jerseys were intended to be a symbolically meaningful tribute for my immediate family and nearest friends, something special that we could all wear in her honor. I scrupulously followed the sizing chart on the company’s website and decided I would go with the order well before. And when those jerseys came, 7 out of 11 were totally the wrong size. The only ones that worked were those I ordered to fit a bit more loosely, were the ones I’d carefully made as oversized as I could — a 3X and 4X that, somehow, fit to a certain extent, people who normally wear a Large or XL do. The others were much too small or unhelpful. I quickly contacted Fansidea’s customer service, attaching photos and in-depth measurements of how far off their sizing was. Alas, the company came back with an indifferent and dismissive response, and my follow-up messages left them cold. What hurts most is that this wasn’t just a casual order. We wear these jerseys as a tribute to my late mother, and to make my grieving family feel better. Instead, all we got was a crushing disappointment — a ruined memorial on one of the most difficult days of our lives. I don’t typically write reviews like this, but I want other people to know what they might be walking into. And Fansidea didn’t just get away with not fulfilling what they said they’d do — they didn’t even possess compassion, not to mention accountability. If you’re the type of customer who orders for something meaningful — or just wishes for accurate sizing and elementary care — then find something else.

After my initial review, Fansidea reached out personally with a heartfelt apology and a genuine effort to make things right. Their representative, Helen, did an exceptional job communicating with me every step of the way. She was kind and understanding, and she made sure the replacement order was exactly what my family needed.
Fansidea went above and beyond to correct their mistake by:
• Providing a full refund for my original order.
• Remaking all seven incorrect jerseys free of charge, prioritizing them for production, and shipping them via express courier (DHL/FedEx).
• Offering a custom memorial gift to honor my mother’s memory.
What impressed me most was Helen’s professionalism and empathy. She listened, followed up promptly, and ensured the new jerseys matched the correct sizes based on the height and weight details I provided. Her communication made a difficult experience much easier to navigate.
While the initial situation was very disappointing, I appreciate how the company and especially Helen handled things afterward. It’s rare to see a business take such genuine responsibility and work this hard to make amends.

I ordered a custom soccer goalie jersey. I worked with Jasmine and the design team and got it to match our club exactly. When I got the jersey I was blown away. It was all dyed into the fabric. Looked amazing. We get so many compliments on it. Would highly recommend.

Wow! What an incredible experience to shop with FansIdea. I ordered 10 custom jerseys for a halloween costume for our business. I was concerned they wouldn't arrive on time so did the Live Chat feature to ensure we had expedited shipping. Not only did they arrive on time, they arrived over a week earlier than when I said I would need them! And if timeliness of shipping and creation wasn't enough, the product quality was through the roof. When ordering something blind, it is always hard to tell. But the fabric is high quality. And the little detail of using velcro instead of a button in the middle section of the logo so the button doesn't interfere with the logo is a wonderful detail. Couldn't be more happy with the results!

Scam Alert. I waited 2 months and never received my jersey. I have been promised a refund but a week later (9 weeks from order date) I have not received. No not use this company. Plenty of options out there that are real companies.

I placed my order on September 14th. I received a notice today (October 9th) that they can no longer track my order and that they are looking into it. It also goes on to say that it is not there fault. It is the local delivery service fault, but it is the company fault since they do not have a foolproof shipping system. I tried to check the tracking on their website, but their website suddenly won't let me track my order, even though I could track it earlier this week. I am extremely disappointed and planning to take further action if I do not receive my order before my event.
I updated my stars because I received the package on October 10, 2025. The quality of the jersey is nice.
