Dishonest company,

Dishonest company,
We brought a £400 plus fan with remote, the receiver was a cheap crap design hard to fit the electrician said it don't work, we sent it back . Fantasia admitted it was faulty so sent a replacement, same problem didn't work and made buzzing sound .3rd tested first resent , this worked great no problem , manager said send the 2nd receiver back so we did and have a guess, yep word sent back to us no problem with 2nd receiver it works 100% , well they would say that wouldn't they ?.
All we wanted was a good will gesture maybe £50 ( we paid £450) electrician fees but nope nothing .
What a disgraceful dishonest company typical of this country nowadays
