I paid £89 for the Gold package and it hasn't arrived! It said to give 24 hours for the package to be sent and this is the third day. More worryingly, the lady who I emailed told me that "she was unavailable until further notice" and sent me another email to enquire to. I have emailed these and nobody has come back to me. This is a lot of money and this company is clearly very slow and don't care much for their customers and repeat business!!! A business like this is what gives online businesses a very bad reputation. I am still waiting.....

I was sent the link for the course 4 days after paying with a sincere apology. I look forward to getting started and hope that my interaction with them will be more positive from now on.

Absolutely shocking, quite happy to take my money for an online oven cleaning course, but did not send me the course. 5 days later and still no course, ignoring emails too, just want my money back now, STAY WELL CLEAR

I wouldn't touch this company, if you're lucky enough to get through to a human you'll find they are unsympathetic and have no sense of urgency

I've been using Fantastic Academy for over a year now. The content is great, well presented and really useful for running my business. I can always re-visit certain modules in case I have forgotten methodology and the knowledge checks at the end are a bonus too. Would definitely recommend.

I've taken one of their online courses for carpet cleaners and believe me it was one of the best. All the lessons were perfectly explained and I've understood everything. The best thing is that I've received a cleaning certificate which helped me find work. Now I'm well dedicated to a carpet cleaning business.
So, taking that course is not like a test you have to pass, it gives you everything you need to know to be a professional carpet cleaner. Also, when I need a reminder of something I can always go back and look at the videos which is great.
