Amazing fireworks and spot on service/delivery 👍🏻

Fantastic Fireworks made a surprise show happen in less than a week, they were fantastic and made sure all the Health and Safety elements were adhered to and our guests were safe. The show itself was amazing, and our guests were blown away by how professional it was.

Thank you so much for the magnificent display, loved the show, easy as 123. They took care of everything. I would recommend this to everyone and I will gladly do it all over again with pleasure.

Myself and my wife recently got married and we were lucky enough to win a Facebook competition with Fantastic Fireworks.
This company were amazing from start to finish. The communication was exceptionally easy. The company took it upon themselves to be in regular contact with venue for all the safety checks.
We wanted the display to be a surprise for our guests and Fantastic Fireworks were incredible at making this a happen. The fireworks were set up discreetly and everyone loved the surprise display. They were loud and impressive and lasted a good 5 minutes.

We could not have asked for more from this company. We would recommend them to anyone and will be looking no other place for any firework displays we will have in the future.

Had the pleasure of working alongside the Fantastic Fireworks team at a wedding I recently coordinated. What a show! My contact on the day, Rino, was a joy to work alongside. Knowledge, friendly, informative and preempted any potential problems before they happened. This meant the display, among other elements to this wedding, went off without a hitch! Used Fantastic Fireworks for a corporate event. Brilliant service, great display and very easy to work with. They came to the event location, setup, co-ordinated with nearby airports and all we had to do was come out and press the VIP button. Couldn't have asked for more.

Excellent customer service and very sincere offer of support with the product should it be required. Delivery was tailored to suit me and was very accommodating around specific times and availability. An issue which occurred during payment owing to a technical fault was resolved within minutes. If the product matches the quality of service (when ignited) then I will be in for an exceptional display.

We contacted Fantastic Firework with only one week until the date we needed a display for my grandmothers funeral. They responded very quickly and provided a thorough, professional, personalised and empathetic service. they made it so easy for us at a difficult time.
The display was exactly as we had requested and was stunning!
Our entire party loved the display and it was fitting for what was a sad but celebratory funeral. My grandmother would have adored it!

Steve Boothman of Fantastic Fireworks produced a truly magical Laser and Fireworks display at my home Last week. It was the third display in 10 years that Fantastic fireworks have carried out at my home in the wilds of Lincolnshire. It was not only the best display i have ever seen but also so many of our 100 guests have written their appreciation in glowing terms. one such comment was that it was better than the recent NewYears display at Sandy lane in Barbados and another said it made the recent winter Olympics opening looked quite ordinary.
The laser display was amazing and the up lighters were extraordinary.
Well done fantastic Fireworks who are booked again for our next big birthday in 2024

Bought from Fantastic for over 3 years, always good product, delivery and delivery information first class.

We had a simple wonderful display for our New Year's Eve party. The commissioning process was fun and painless, with a site visit and a bit of tweaking of our chosen music track; our questions were answered about safety and insurance. Mid-afternoon of 31 Dec Andy and another man spent hours in the pouring rain and mud setting it all out including speakers, then managed the display (the rain knocked out some connection so they did it on their phones, don't ask me how!). The fireworks lasted nearly 7 mins and were just FABULOUS!! Could be seen for miles and produced many excited compliments. Every penny well spent. Thank you Jon and the gang, brilliant.

DONT USE THIS SCAM COMPANY

I ordered my fireworks for my son and his friend’s joint 5 year old birthday party-
I chased the 3 times and was promised the goods were dispatched and would arrive that day. I explained I had 30 people arriving and my son was so exited and he requested the fireworks would arrive
At 2.25pm I telephoned again and was told they were on the way. I requested the driver ( who I later found out is related to the owner) was telephoned - the company did as I asked, thankfully, and after speaking to their driver called me back . On doing so the hapless company representative said “another relative of the driver had become ill “and the driver took off without even calling anyone at their company !!

I think this was a LIE

Even if I was to believe this
1. Why was the driver not managed to know where he was relative to his deliveries especially mine as I had been reassured twice.
2. If I had not phoned no one would have known and lots of deliveries failed
3. Why did the driver drop everything and drive his van of fireworks to see the ‘ill relative’
4. Why did the driver not tell his employer ( and relative ) that an emergency had occured?

At 3.30 pm They then said they’d arrange someone else to come to their depot and do the job - I declined as no way they would have made it for the 5.30 ( its more than 2 hours from Luton to South SURREY around the M25 )display and I’d have to set up in the darkness - which I explained would be dangerous and they should no better advising customers to do this

And they arrange weddings and reckon they’ve won awards - what, the “ most ridiculous chaos awards”

I found a local shop and saved the day and avoided some very upset 5 year olds !

Brilliant communications before during and after event. With safety and customer service rated at the highest levels.

We've used them for the Gosport Christmas Lights Switch On for the past 4 years - I have no hesitation in recommending them.

They are pleasure to work with from start to finish and made me feel very confident and assured in an area that I had no experience. We will definitely be using them again and again and again!

Absolutely great service from start to finish with Fantastic Fireworks. We used Fantastic Fireworks for a finale to our Christmas Fair at school. Jon was always on hand to answer any questions that I had, and Nick and his team were fantastic on the night. Very professional and considerate of the school environment. To say the kids and their families loved the performance is an understatement and everyone still can’t stop talking about how amazing the fireworks were.

You made our fair so special - thank you and we look forward to working with you next year. Have a lovely Christmas and new year.

Good value for money, great fireworks but having bought a display bundle I was disappointed to not receive instructions on how to set up for maximum impact
