About the company: Fantastic Services Family started its journey back in 2009. It all began with a meeting of two like-minded individuals, company founders Rune Sovndahl and Anton Skarlatov. Rune needed a cleaner and Anton ran a cleaning business. Very quickly they both realised they shared a vision and could deliver cleaning services in a much better way, by working together.
With two laptops, a sofa to sit on and a shared mobile phone, a small operation was born. The aim was to build something simple but deliver the best service possible for both clients and cleaning crews. We call that philosophy 360-degree happiness.
From these humble beginnings, we've now grown into a multi-operational business offering a wide range of services to homeowners and commercial customers alike. We've continued to add more domestic services to enhance our portfolio and due to increased demand, these additional services have grown into their own separate brands.

The first disappointing clean . . .
The first disappointing clean by Fantastic Services. A., the professional, fulfilled her tasks, but lacked the endeavour and energy of her colleagues. I had to call her back on two occasions to clean missed elements. Granted, it was her first visit to our house, but I felt the need to supervise, closer and more frequently than I had done before. In conversation, I learned that A. had been cleaning for less than two months, not very long in experience terms. As she gains practical experience and works on her communication skills, I'm sure A. will eventually deliver a five star accomplishment.

This service is a hit or miss
This service is a hit or miss. Sometimes you get professional cleaners sometimes you get complete amateurs who have never picked up a glove in their... I was a fantastic club member for two years until last month. I paid that annual fee until I noticed that the "club" membership and standard prices were exactly the same. They claim there is a rate difference. There was until about summer last year. Even today as a non club member I can see that the rates are the same. Then they give you "credits" that are basically useless. The level of service I have gotten in the last year has been 50/50. I kept given chances over chances. If cleaners are late even by two/three hours they do not call you to let you know. Then when you call they act as though they are doing you a favour... Their customer service can be good sometimes and other times absolutely abhorrent. You can't get in touch with them directly except through chat but when they want to sell you a new membership or if you don't finish a booking on their website they call you over and over again. I have blocked three numbers to date and I still get calls! It's harassment at this point.

Untrustworthy and unscrupulous
Be very careful of this company. They are unscrupulous and retain your card details and without your permission they take monies out from your credit and debit card without notifying you. If you call the accounting department it goes to an automated voicemail. But if you try to book a new service they have call service agenta to take your business very swiftly. There is no customer service to address refunds and complaints an. Update: they continue to ignore all calls. Always redirects me.to voicemail inviting to leave mobile number. Bht they ignore you. Very risky to give them payment via credit card or debit card as they retain your card details and deduct monies when not authorised to do so.
