Rescaled some without any problems even responded to some questions during the weekend. Costumer support 11/10!
Models themselves were in good condition. fairly good finish, only long spindly parts (long fingers for example) came out elongated (Nothing a little bit of cutting and filing wont fix though)basically no print lines. 3d-Print 9/10

Amazing customer support.
My mini had a banner snapped off at delivery, as per their note in the box I send them an email and let them know.
I had a fast response and they replaced the mini free of charge.

Quick response, fantastic quality and amazing service, resolving an error the postal service made and making sure I received my order in time for a workshop, so I did not have to disappoint a group of kids! HIGHLY recommended!

Great miniatures. They arrived safe and sound, they are very detailed and beautiful.

Print quality was outstanding. Only issues I had was with the scale of the models, the ruler on the website is very misleading even if it is not accurate. The description of models I got both said they were "medium" ingame but one set of the models was notably smaller moreso fitting a "small" or even "tiny" creature ingame. Those were my only issues with the order. Cleanup on the models was needed but not a significant amount aside from a large support on one of them. Will order from fantasyprints again, as the larger model I ordered has been a joy to paint and look at, cant wait to get use it on the table.

PS: I also asked for the models to be express shipped late after my order and though I got no confirmation they were, the models were shipped out the very next day!

It is always a good sign when you are browsing a shop and you are forgetting the time. So much fun models to be found! i love the shop and the service is great. They are quick to reply on e-mails and the delivery is fast and models always arrive safely in one piece.

I ordered two Air Elementals from France. The order was taken into account the same day (Jos sent me a message to arrange the resin color as I asked for specific colors), shipped 9 days later and the minis arrived 14 days after my order.

The quality of the minis is really fine and the robustness looks good. Some printing support still need to be removed but they are really thin and seem easy to clean

Extras appreciated. If range of extra is large at any moment, you could ask the customer which one he would rather have. :)
