They wouldn't fulfil my order because I used a discount code which their website allowed. Then, they would only refund me 80% of what I paid.

I had a great experience with fantasy wives. After about 2 weeks of searching the internet looking at all the different vendors I stumbled across fantasy wives. I also watched their videos on YouTube. I was impressed by the site and found a few good reviews on a Doll Forum so I messaged them, I actually messaged 3 others and they did not respond.
Dan answered all my questions since I am new too this hobby. Sent me factory photos of every doll I wanted to see, plus videos for some, very helpful in making my choice
Check out was as easy as anything else, credit card, bank sent me a text making sure I made the purchase I agreed and that was that. I ordered it April 23rd and it arrived May 13th to the USA (17 days).
When the doll was ready to ship I received factory photos, factory videos, photo of extra head and all wigs that I had purchased.
Day of arrival it came in an unmarked brown box. Everything I had ordered was neatly packed and safe in the shipping container. And the photos don't do the craftsmanship and the detail justice. It is truly amazing.
My experience was positive from searching on their site, asking them questions and going through with the order. A++++++
