I purchased a monthly subsciption on fantia for one of the creator. Even though my card is charged and i can download the content, it keep sending payment failure notice. at certain point it revoke my access to the content. when i want to complain, i found that they never send receipt, nor they keep record of my subscription. i try to look for help but everything is in japance, even though i clicked english on the language selection.

Hard to use from outside Japan but not…

A support website mostly for anime artists/vtubers similar to fanbox/patreon. Hard to use from outside Japan but not impossible. I have to use Google/DeepL/screen translator a lot. I think artists can't register if they don't have Japanese bank account, for that a Japanese address required.

For fans: I think alipay are supported in places like Taiwan, Hongkong/if you have a registered bank of China account, maybe it can work. Otherwise some 3D secured credit card working. If you don't have one bitcash account working (email address is enough for registering, similar to Paypal can be top up with bitcash codes purchased online) in a nutshell too many company take they royality if you want to support an artist on fantia from outside Japan.

The artists can be supported by toracoins, 1coin=1 yen (less than 1 eurocent) the coins will be expired in a year later, so make sure to not let them lost.

If i have problem I'm not sure if i can have English language support or not. It is a Japanese website with limited ways to use internationally.
