They totally misrepresent the acorn dreams. They say they use real acorns and the animals are 3 dimensional and soft. What you get are flat plastic ornaments that look like pictures of the advertised ornaments. They are a total scam. Don’t fall for it!

Extremely disappointed. What you see in ad is NOT what you get. I paid close to $60 for a military rocks glass for a friend. Picture showed a classy gold trimmed gold gilded glass. When he opened it I was mortified to see a cheap yellow painted glass. BUYER BEWARE.

If I could give them a zero I would! I purchased a motorcycle advent calendar what I thought i was getting were little Harley Davidson motorcycle figurines what I got was little no brand motorcycle key chains which the key ring itself was not even attached. Waste of $50. Of course you can't return it cuz how are you supposed to know if you didn't open one of the doors. I knew it wasn't gonna be the best of the best but what I got was complete crap

I ordered socks with the animals on it as advertised and they were delivered & literally look cheap and the animals are not even sewn on they are glued. They have the nerve to offer me a 8.00 dollar refund and charge me almost 80 for shipping to send it back. These were gifts and never worn or used as soon as I received them, I tried getting in contact just to receive a email about I would be responsible for the shipping which is almost 80 because its FROM CHINA! It should be laws in place for false advertising and scammers. Dont buy from them or Libiyi the parent company they are 1 in the same. WARNING!

I ordered a “whiskey” bottle with the Ohio State logo which was advertised as having a bottle stopper in the form of a football. It also showed a presentation box lined with fabric. On the good side, there was an Ohio State logo on the bottle but no presentation box and the stopper was just a plug. No football in sight. Very, very disappointing and, I believe, false advertising. If I could give it less than one star, I would.

BEWARE OF FALSE ADVERTISING!! I ordered the Fanyil Acorn Dreams and was sent FLAT PLASTIC instead of plush animals in acorns!! I sent a text to Support and said I wanted a full refund for the eight Acorn Dreams I DID NOT GET! There was no offer from Support to make it correct!! All they offered me was $15 and told me it would cost me $50-$80 to mail back the animal acorns. The eight Fanyil Acorn Dreams cost me $163!! I have never spent that much on decorations but thought the plush Acorn Dreams were adorable when I saw them advertised in a Fanyil video. What a disappointment to receive FLAT, PLASTIC ornaments!!! How can they get away with this FALSE ADVERTISEMENT?!

Absolutely trash! Do not buy! Scam! I bought the coolest looking military whiskey glasses. They literally look nothing like the posted listing. $150 for four glasses that are probably 30 cents each and look worse.

This company is a scam. I paid over one hundred dollars for an item that's worth 10 cents.

Ordered for Fanyil Acorn Dreams which were advertised as three dimensional soft stuffed animal figures to hang on the Christmas tree. Instead received cheap two dimensional plastic “0rnament” with a picture of the stuffed animals. This is a complete misrepresentation and outright fraud. Do not order!

Ordered whiskey glasses to honor our vets received glasses that look like dollar store glasses with decals peeled off on first hand wash do not order!!!!!!!!!

Ordered one item got four and was charged for all.

If I could give them a negative star score review I would! DO NOT order their Sea Glass Ornament Calendar... IT IS A TOTAL SCAM!! The Ornaments are made of plastic... DEFINITELY NOT SEA GLASS!! They look like cheap ornaments that you would purchase through a dollar discount store. Definitely NOT what I would want to hang on my beautiful Christmas tree each year! I was really excited about this purchase and was so completely crushed and disappointed when I opened up the package! DO NOT waste your valuable money on these!! Total scam! DO NOT BUY!!

This is a public service announcement... and my first. This company is an absolute scam... do not purchase anything they sell. I bought an Alabama Crimson Tide Chamiopnship Whiskey bottle from these fraudsters. The good news is that I got it after several weeks. The bad news is that the product is absolute garbage. Apparently it's a knock-off from some shop in China, it doesnt look like the product pictures represented in the advertisement; it's made of a clear, paper thin glass like material that would make a Christmas ornament look sturdy, it comes with an ultra-cheap plastic stopper, it's much smaller than represented in it's pictures, and the only color you will see is from the childishly applied decal/sticker that wraps around the midsection of the item. On another note: Fanyil does have an item return policy for unsatisfied customers, but the customer is responsible for the non-reimburseable shipping back to China which conveniently is in excess of the price for the original purchase. Bottom Line... I'll live and learn from this experience, but you don't have to... Buyer Beware and for Pete's sake, stay as far away as you can from these thieves.

False advertising! I can’t believe I fell for this! I would give them a minus 10 if I could! Buyer beware is no joke! I ordered sloth socks and got nothing g like the picture. A piece of junk! I wish I could put pictures here so people can see.

I bought two glasses that represented the Navy in the Coast guard when I received the glasses the coloring on the glass was not the same as the picture so I wanted to get a refund and they told me it would cost 50 to $80 just for shipping when I only paid $84 for the product and also found the same product for half the cost they offered me an $8 refund very deceiving

Total scam. They either send you nothing at all or a cheap, junky version of what's advertised. All the images on their site and in their ads are AI generated and made to look impossibly high-quality. Then when you want to return the item/s, they charge you 80$ to ship it back for a refund. That way they at least get 80$ out of the deal, if you even want to bother to returning the item/s. Their hope is that you'll give up and they'll get to keep all of your money. They charge about 100× what the items should actually cost.

I went on your website to purchase the 250 year caps and ended up buying from libiyi. I find out that libiyi is not a very reputable firm. Why do you allow this? I emailed them twice and yet to hear from them. From what I’ve been able to uncover, I probably won’t.
Needless to say, I won’t be dealing with your firm again.

I ordered the Bookhaven mug. It took forever to receive it and when I finally did get it, it looked nothing like the picture. It’s flimsy and definitely not worth the price. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They said I could return it to China but the shipping is $50-$80.
