I ordered roof bars, they weren't fit for my car (I ordered the right model), I returned them, but the transporter broke the package (same package I received) and lost the fixations, Faradbox received the bars only and refused to refund me saying I didn't pack correctly. I received from the transporter, ask them how to send them to get a refund, no answer. I insisted, then they said the bars were destroyed, which is not true. I introduced a complaint through EU and Bol.Com through which I ordered. This company is not honest as per my experience, I recommend to avoid them.

Unfortunately for me, another frustrating webshop experience.

Because only when you have those carriers in your hand can you see the quality, and it is not good for 220 euros. For example, I first had to deburr the lock mechanism for half an hour until the caps could be locked properly, and I don't like the quality of the seems as much; see photos. Also, they are not roof racks that you can assemble and disassemble just as quickly; in short, the engineering could be much better, and the finish more precise  and sturdier.

That's why I would have preferred to return them, but once unpacked and assembled, you can't possibly send them back, even if you would settle for part of the purchase price. The good service is then immediately over, and the response time is suddenly a day instead of 1 hour...

Should I buy them again? I don't think so.

It's a pity that nowadays you can hardly drive to a store to take a good look at the stuff first...

Last summer I ordered a roof-rack from Faradbox. Unfortunately, it didn't fit because my car was a coupe. I contacted Faradbox and they were very helpful but there was no solution and I was able to return the product without any problem or fuss. I also told them I was on the verge of purchasing a new car and they gave me some great advice for future reference.
I have now bought my new vehicle and ordered a compatible roof-rack. Faradbox sent me a personal email thanking me for my return custom and wishing me luck with the product.
The roof-rack itself is sturdy, well made and it fits like a glove. Did I mention I received the package the same day as I ordered it?
Great company. Also you can save some money by ordering direct from them instead of via the big retailer with the fat blue guy!
