Brought two knee sleeve.
Regret that didn't check here before purchase.

I placed the order on 11 Apr. But the order never been updated.
And now, the order is disappear and the website disappeared as well.
There is no customer service, no one response.

I lost £130.00.

Received the package, but they are different with the things shown online.
Suppose it is a branded item, and now the brand logo is gone, becoming a fake item. The screw, the color are different with the thing shown online, now Requested a refund and see how it goes.

I have been in touch with the “customer service”. They are terrible.
Anyway, be careful to avoid to order from them. I advised to avoid them.

Now I keep the dispute status in the order, and hope it can help to fix the case.

I have been scammed by farbye, I ordered a pso-rite and received a fake Chinese copy, buyer beware, false advertising

Ordered pso rite per advertising on their website. Received counterfeit goods and confirmed from pso rite directly that the product I received is fake. Reached out multiple times to seller since Dec 2023. No response. If seller had responded to resolve, I wouldn't have had to write this negative review. It appears they know they are selling fake goods given no feedback. Very dodgy. Avoid this seller. ORDER 910471.
