They have scammed and defrauded many innocent customers looking for cheap flight tickets, so please be AWARE!

Their Customer Reviews on Trustpilot is horrendous despicable, and highly preposterous.

Please DO NOT DEAL with them because you will DEFINITELY lose any deposit you make to them or more importantly any amount of money they request you to make.

dodgy to start . They took my money as deposit and told me ticket will be issued within hours. I wasn't contacted for 24 hrs and after too many failed attempt , finally got hold of them . They told they have reservation made with the airline , but still no ticket issue now i told them you made promise to issue this ticket and now you have failed , issue me refund this was in may 2023 still no refund . once they told me they will give voucher , they also never came to me . Totally ripped off , Dishonest , fake and now their pone don't work and no response via email . Taking them to small case court. Be warn.. Stay away people .... Should have given 0star .

I am giving a second review this time. I originally paid £480 to deposit for 2 people to travel to Africa on 31/8/23 and 9/12/23 Tickets were not issued when I tried to complete payment. fareanywhere said I will have to pay another £600 for revalidation for the tickets previously bought. I had to buy tickets from another agent to travel in August. When I got back. I received a message from them that I can use my previous deposit for my December flight because they cannot refund the deposit. I agreed as I don’t want to loose my deposit. They kept on chasing me on phone and WhatsApp messages and emails to complete the payment. I completed payment on 6/10/23. To my surprise I am now dealing with two different companies. FAREANYWHERE and FLIGHS AND FARE. When I contacted fareanywhere agent to complain about the attitude of the staff from flights and fare and that I’m confused with the whole booking. The guy at fareanywhere said that they are the merchant that is going to issue my ticket so I should pay directly to them. Surprisingly I received a WhatsApp message on 19/10/23 from flights and fare whom I was told is the merchant said my ticket was not issued because the merchant has withheld my money and refused to issue the ticket. I was advised by flights and fare to get in touch with my bank to request refund of my £2,100 paid to fareanywhere or flights and fare. This is obviously causing me a lot of stress and frustration because I definitely need to travel in December for an important occasion. Please I’m disturbed

Paid for deposit for two tickets have sent email no respond at all travel date was in August never experienced any such stress as no one bothered to contact me they are dishonest and pure scammers

On 12/05/2023, I paid deposit the sum of £200 to Almed,hoping to complete the remaining balance before travel date. Today 31/08/2023, I spoke with Shah to complete the deposit but he was not able to provide company address. Shah want me to travel to Scotland to the head office in order to make the payment or to pay online. He is not willing to provide company address and wanted me to pay £3500 online. I searched the company details through website and found address in Stratford London. When I visited the address, I met different people in that address, saying that the don't the company. Fareanywhere is using someone else address. The company is not genuine. They are scammers. They have to refund me my deposit. Am seeking legal advice. I have spoken to my bank to help me to get my refund. I must get my refund. Please no body should buy tickets from this people. The are scammers. Your money will go. The are not genuine. Stay away from them. They must refund me.

i really want this services i just call to Fare Anywhere and osman he deal with me a very good manners he gave me many options and i am very comfortable with this company.

Finally got a very trustworthy Travel Agency of Fare Anywhere and Sami is very cooperative he deal with me very politely manners 100% i can use in future thanks again Sami and Fare Anywhere.

I bought 2 tickets to travel in August all I have experienced from the staff there is pure lies and dishonest
I called and was asked to send email to receive my ticket to date nothing
They had the audacity to ask me to delete my last review again pack if lies was told by one staff close for refurbished and other one said close for Ramadan
Never experienced such an ordeal from scammers
I am over 70 yes old and was visiting sick relative back home
Scammers thieves dishonest and cheat
I want my money back
Have the decency to do something honest for once
I will be seeking legal advise as I have check with the airline and no seats booked under my name

Fareanywhere.com and Ally Ahmed are pure thieves....do not engage with them. They collect your deposit and go incommunicado. When you try retrieving your deposit through your bank, they will tell the bank that you cancelled voluntarily hence not entitled to refund and will tell your bank that they will issue you with imaginary vouchers... avoid this company like a PLAGUE for your own peace of mind.

Update:
Fareanywhere, why am I being asked to provide imaginary booking ref today to sort the issue ASAP, when you customer care team contacted me the same day I left the review via email demanding that I delete my review before my refund will be issued. I guess it is high time your company is stopped from defrauding people. Please people, avoid this travelling agency as a plague, securing so called "cheap tickets" is not their forte, they will end up defrauding you!!!!!

Please be aware of this company Fareanywhere. They are robbers . They robbed me of 240p Paid as a deposit to book flights to Abuja for 2 Adults.
Is there no way we can inform Skyscanner not to advertise on their website. Their advert Pop up when trying to search for flight on Skyscanner. I chatted the assistant up and in no time I received a call from one of their Agent (Osman) he promised to help me find a flight from London to Abuja for two adults. The following day he gave me the price for 850p and 750 Respectively because it's not the same date and asked me to pay 120p each after which he will do the reservation and send me the reference number so that I can confirm from the airline before paying the balance. I paid this company 240p through the link sent to me hoping to get the reference number after 24hrs but Alas!!! This guy kept postponing
I kept calling and pressurizing, ther and then after 2 weeks he sent me one reference number. I quickly confirm from the airline (British Airways) but it came out to be fake when I confronted him about the fake reference number he said the reference number is for their company and I told him that I wasn't expecting your company reference number but the airline because that was the agreement, this guy stopped picking my calls. I didn't relent I kept sending messages and making calls. Sometimes another person will pick it to say this guy Usman is not on sit. This continues for like a month and the guy later came up that they have to revalidate my bookings. I told him that for the past 30yrs of booking a flight, I have never heard of revalidating a ticket which has not been issued. He kept arguing that I should not worry that it's the airline policy after about a week, this guy came up to say the price of the ticket has changed from 850 to 1450 .
" What!! I can't pay that,can you return my money" but he said I have to send my request in mail to their account department which has to take another 14working days before my refund can be processed but when this company will respond after 24working day, they said I can't get my refund in case because it was a voluntary cancellation but it wasn't!! After much pressure they came up with a voucher of 150p and I told them I don't want a voucher because I pay in cash. I am not planning to collect voucher from them because I know their voucher will still come out to be invalid besides I have read in one of the review that the voucher given cannot be used with any airline.
Still on it uptill this moment I have not gotten back my money.

I was in contact with the admin department already and they are denying to give me a refund as explained in my review. Please stay away from them!!!!!!!!!

Scammers!!!!!! proper fraud!!!!! don't deal with them. I have tried to book several tickets, was asked to pay deposit, they said its refundable, made payment, I have asked them to send link for remaining balance to be able to pay in full before the given deadline to be able to keep the given price, never received link after five days they said they cant give it for agreed price, so I have asked for refund they said its voluntary cancelation so I am not eligible for refund, proper scammers !!!!!!!! Try and avoid yourself aggravations and don't deal with them.

Booked ticket for 6 people, I paid £120 per person, i phoned them and emailed for more than 1 week no response, I was scared and booked with another company and requested for refund through my bank. They provided me with EMD voucher of £620 (this looks suspicious) I tried to use it to book ticket for my mother as advised that I can use it with any agency, no agency recognised it. I also tried to use the voucher to book with them they inflated the price after initially providing affordable ticket when they felt I would book with cash. Part of their booking conditions was that money will be refunded but they are liars and never give consistent advise. Please safe your self headache and stress lots of people cannot be lying.

You have responded that you don't recognise my name. You do as there would be limited people that booked for 6 people from you on the 16/01/23. How you are being allowed to dupe people of £120 is beyond me. If this review helps one person I will be happy. I will also email you.

To all travellers that needs airline tickets, please be cautious of this company (fareanywhere.com). Myself and a sister was scammed of £120 each in February2023. I booked tickets for both us, I was advised to deposit the amount even though I wanted to pay full amount for the ticket but was declined, claimed to be the company policy. I was given a date and time to pay the balance. they stopped picking up my calls when I told them I wanted to pay the balance for the trip. I sent an email to that effect but no response. My called was only picked up when I used a friend phone or different numbers from my known number, and at this point I started worried and I told the man my concerns, he told me they are waiting for the airlines to issued the tickets. At a point he said mine is ready but that of my sister was not ready, he later told me to wait and the two tickets will be ready before they close for the day. When I called on that same day, the following day they did not pick up my number, I used another number to called and was picked up. When the number was picked up I was given another price which is outrageous and said if I cannot paid the new charges I should put in a request for my refund through email. Its a game planned, the email is now used against me as a voluntary cancellation request. When I made the request for the refund based on my phone conversation and the fact that, I realised there was something suspicious about the transaction and the trip was few days to go. They sent me on a roller coaster when I got in touch and I was promised a £300 voucher per tickets including the tickets if I can continue to wait, I rejected the offer because the date was very closed. away, finally I got confirmation they would send me a refund. I did not hear from them until I sent them another email when I returned from my trip. I reached out to them and they offered me a voucher of £150? After telling them I did not accept and would like my money back as they promised, they stopped answering my calls. I reported the incident to my credit card issuer to investigate, I believe I was being conned. When the Bank contacted the them their response was I never contacted them since I deposited the £120 per ticket, they advised that the deposit is anon refundable if I voluntarily cancelled the reservation. This is NOT TRUE.

Avoid the company, they put you under stress before and after your trip, if you are able to make the trip through another means. it doesn't worth it.

Used This company in March 2023 needed flights urgently.They found them within 20 minutes at a very good price .I have just used them again and they once more found me a ticket well priced only took a few minutes.Ticket in hand travelling tomorrow. Will definitely be using them again.polite and very efficient service

Be aware of this company they scammed me out of £120 back in March, I requested a refund when I realised there was something suspicious. The ticket details sent to me and the information did not tally up. They sent me on a roller coaster when I got in touch straight away, finally I got confirmation they would send me a refund. I did not hear from them for a week, I reached out to them and they offered me a voucher of £150?? Like everyone else. I was told to pay a deposit and pay the balance when their team sent me further details the next day the fare increased significantly. I then requested a refund and I have still not received it. They are scammers and skyscanner needs to not let them advertise on their site. Emails with no logo, not registered with any travel protection agency. Disgusting!!! Having to go through credit card company to receive refund.

This company is a scam. They claim to give you low prices on tickets, request for £100 deposit and will tell you stories about something wrong with the ticket or stop taking your calls and won't respond to your emails. This was my experience. Please be very careful. I have already reported them to the police.
