Mark Davis was very professional and…

Mark Davis was very professional and VERY patient with me. I am hard of hearing and ask him to repeat things several times. He made me feel comfortable asking him to repeat when I needed. He worked very diligently to get me a flight I could accept and afford. I give him 5 stars X 2.

Total scam

Total scam. They quote one price & then call & say they can’t book all travelers at quoted price. They increase the ticket price & say you can’t cancel because it’s non-refundable.

Mark really helped me and my family…

Mark really helped me and my family out. He was especially patient with me. I thought I was getting scammed. I was totally wrong. He dealt with me being unpleasant because of that. He assured me that everything was okay and there was no scam. Turned out to be one of the easiest flying experiences ever. Thanks, Mark D!!!

Complete scam

Everything went wrong. The positive reviews are as fake as the cheap tickets. The cheap fares you thought you bought don't exist. They contact you and say you must spend more to get what you bought. I said no and to refund the tickets. They said no refunds if I canceled. I told them I would dispute with the cc company and they backed down and said I had I had the tickets after all and they would be provided 24 hours before departure. Scammy but I said OK. The tickets never came despite them telling me the tickets were on the way that morning. The cheap tickets never existed. I had to spend much more money on actual tickets. Don't give these scammers another dollar. If they say they need more money for the tickets you bought, cancel right there and dispute with cc company

Where to begin.....it is a scam

Where to begin.....it is a scam! I do not recommend it to anyone! They were not helpful at all in fixing an error they made and did not even try to fix it. I missed my flight because they had me confirmed on a flight for one day but the e-tickets were for another day. Lost a lost of time not to mention money.

Customer Service

Mr. Vincent Stone assisted me to get the dates changed on my trip. Let me tell you in my 59 years of living i have never seen better customer service from anyone. Vincent was sympathetic to my situation, extremely knowledgeable in how to help me and explained every step to me clearly as he worked. He was friendly and patient with me. I will definitely call him for my future needs. He is an asset to your company.

I thought I was purchasing actual…

I thought I was purchasing actual airline tickets from this company, immediately got a confirmation email and then the following day got an email that my tickets were not confirmed and to contact Fare Crown. Turns out, the tickets were only standby status but for $750 more I could purchase actual tickets.
They were supposed to call me the next day with an update on my stand by status, didn't call and when I called them, the best they could do was for an additional 2k, assist me with getting real tickets. NO THANKS. Allegedly I'm getting a refund, minus a bogus fee of $174.
I would never recommend using this company, EVER. Beware.

Uninformed and Unprofessional

Do not use this website unless you plan on being on standby for flights. This sight market and sell flight tickets but fail to warn you that your flight may put you on standby. This is not what you agreed too, this wasn't inform to you. And if you don't agree to being on standby they refuse to cancel your booking if you request. Mind you, you're not charged until you agree to the terms. You must emphasize for your account not to be charged. This is the worst flight booking website.

Brand Management and Excellence

I was pleased to have Brad Miller assist me with my travel reservations. He is the consummate professional and frankly IS the Farecrown BRAND. He is a master problem solver and was able to skillfully exceed my expectations so much so, that I immediately booked a second ticket and will solicit his assistance on securing a rental car. He is the best in the complex industry!

AVOID!! I wouldn't even give them 1 star

I wouldn't even give them 1 star. Total scam. I never received my gauranteed tickets, not the standby, that i paid extra for. They Gave Me the run around for a full week.They even gave me a fake confirmation number for the airline. I ended up purchasing direct from the airline for more money at the very last minute. Run, do not even think about. This site is off shore and should be totally illegal.
