Order placed, a quick turn-around before details were confirmed.

First time purchasing a air ticket online. Was skeptical, thinking I may get some hoax reference and lose my money. It all checked out. The final confirmation I received from FareGeek was confirmed by Cathay Pacific.
The wait for my reservation number was less than 24 hours of purchase. I'm very satisfied, and will keep FareGeek in mind in future.

Best Customer Service.

This was so far the best Travel Agency Customer Support experience. The representative Symon over phone and earlier Jackson over chat were very helpful, understanding and the response was unbelievably quick.

3-4 months to refund cancelled flight fares

We booked flights from UK to Kuala Lumpur, but when the airline cancelled one leg and gave us alternative flight with a layover of 8.5 hours, we cancelled. We were then informed by Faregeek that the refund would be processed in 3-4 months blaming the timescale on the airline. Contacting the airline, we were told that it is the agent who decides the timescale. Don't touch these cowboys with a barge pole.

Awful customer service, horrible communication with the airlines too!!!

I have travel everywhere with dozens of travel agencies and airlines and this company is by far the worst ever!!! Rude customers service, make you talk and spend hours talking with the airlines which is pointless because they block all the details of the reservation and the airline cannot change anything!!!! The worst travel experience of my life!!!

Great flights at a great price.

Although we were contacted and had to change flights due to scheduling by the airline, everything was rearranged for us with no problems. Our queries were always answered quickly.

Change of travel dates

I was impressed how the customer care representative attended to me despite the fact that I bought the ticket through an agent. He actually worked extra time to get me a better deal. His name is Ashlin. Good job guys!

Saved from myself

Tried to book flights for my office and made an error in the spelling of a name. The very helpful gentleman at the call centre was able to fix my mistake and book my flights. He was patient and very helpful.

5 stars.

Free Same-day Cancellation!

Faregeek representative Koby assisted me in cancelling my flight after finding a cheaper rate within the same day. He went above and beyond my expectations to ensure that I was a satisfied customer. I would definitely recommend Faregeek to my friends and family for their excellent customer service.

Had to cancel booking and tried for a refund.

I had to cancel a booking I made for my wife. I then tried to request for a partial refund for her return ticket. They could not approve a refund, but instead gave a future credit w/ the same itinerary with a $100 process fee. I think the process fee is a bit over inflated and shouldn't cost this much. The agents on the phone were polite and kind. I do appreciate that they did find some sort of solution to my problem even though it wasn't what I initially wanted.

Thoroughly impressed

I had never heard of faregeek until coming across the company through a fare comparison website. I couldn't believe the fare was legit considering it were so affordable! I needed to contact customer service because I needed my locator with short notice and their friendly advisors were able to help and promptly!

Thoroughly Excellent Service

I booked a last minute flight to the USA with Faregeek and I have no hesitation in endorsing the service as excellent.

The price was exceptionally good value; the dealings with the company via its representatiove (Aldo) could not be faulted; despite the two days notice I gave them from bookiing to departure, their service was totally professional and thorough; I was kept informed at every stage.

I would unconditionally recommend Faregeek.
