Biggest scammers out there!!!
Biggest scammers out there!!!! Just like everyone else, they pretend to be affiliates of the airlines you have booked with, proceed to take payment and do not fulfil their obligations!!! Paid for an upgrade which I never received and then proceed to come up with bs to cover up for their crap. They use different names to different people, although the voice is always the same person lol. The person I felt with is named by Arun, although to my dad he would quote his name as “Ben” - just shows how dodgy they are given they change names each phone call. Save yourself from the scam!!!
DO NOT TRUST
I contacted British Airways customer service and was somehow connected to this third party fraudulent company.
The representative whose name was Olivia holt pretended to be someone that works with British Airways and asked for my booking reference and surname on the booking.
She then proceeded to charge my credit card for amendments to the booking. When I received the email showing the proposed amendments I realised this was not actually a British Airways representative and I immediately blocked the transaction on my credit card. Thankfully I was able to block the card and no money was lost, but they are a scam company. No changes were made on my booking they were completely useless. They denied everything and when confronted and threatened with legal action, they hung up the phone on me.
Avoid at All cost,

SCAMMERS - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
I contacted what I thought was British Airways customer service (as advertised on Google) as I needed to change an existing flight. They initially quoted £4000 to rebook!! After a long conversation I eventually agreed £500 but only realised that I was not talking to BA when the payment confirmation came through. When I complained they threatened to cancel the flights. They reluctantly issued new tickets and I then found that the actual BA change fee was £25. I decided not to challenge the payment for fear of them cancelling the flights which would have been a disaster. BE WARNED DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I believe I was scammed by this company earlier today.
They booked flights for me with Wizz but I had a bad feeling about it, so I contacted wizz and asked them to check my booking. I was informed that it was an old number and when I explained that I thought I had been scammed, they wouldn't
say anything and seemed to be in a hurry to end the call.
Don't use this website and don't respond to anyone called Oscar or Sam.
WARNING ⚠️ WARNING ⚠️
WARNING ⚠️ WARNING ⚠️
I contacted British Airways and my call was answered by Sam who proceeded to discuss my enquiry and consequently booked flights for me. However once I received a email confirming my booking I became suspicious as the sender's email wasn't a BA email address.
I copied and pasted the email address into google and guess what this company are fraudulently taking bookings and imitating BA.
Thankfully I got my money returned from my bank but sam @fareholidays.uk have conned countless people out of their money. ❗️❗️We need to get them shut down❗️❗️
SCAMMERS
THIS COMPANY ARE SCAMMERS, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES USE THEM AND DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CARD DETAILS!!!!! Tried to get assistance after my daughters BA connection flight was cancelled and they wanted to charge additional costs to cancel and rebook the whole booking?!? All while pretending to be British Airways Customer Service! I spoke with a conman called Victor Cane!!! After I caught him out he still kept emailing my daughter asking for payment or he would cancel her flight! The flight was originally booked via BA direct and they said no third party can change or cancel a booking made directly, so they were trying to charge for nothing. I will be reporting them to Trading Standards but warn you to stay well away from these con artists.
