This is scam website.$$$$$Be aware they propose cheap tickets and call to ask extra . I bought a AR Richet Montréal to Washington 298$ within 2hours, they call saying the cost has changes and ask 500$ extra cost eventhought I had a assurance they said I need to pay the full ticket. I Say no cancel IT. Bloc my card

DO NOT BELIVE OR TRUST THIS SITE. RIP OFF. BOOKED FLIGHT, IT IS NOT CONFIRMED, THEY TOOK 1 DAY THEN I CALLED THEM 3 TIMES, TICKETS NOT GETTING CONFIRM, THEY SAID PRICE IS DOUBLE NOW. PAY THE PRICE DIFFERENCE OR NO REFUND MONEY, I LOSE IT. IF THEY WOULD HAVE 0 STAR REVIEW, I COULD DO THAT ALSO.

Lots of red flags after I booked a flight for me and my best friend! We ended up cancelling our credit cards! 100% Scammers!!!

I booked my flight and called for confirmation, the agent said in 2 hours. I called back in 2 hours and the agent told me that I have to upgrade my class and pay more since the offer has expired. knowingly that it was 2 hours before. then the floor manager spoke to me and threatened me that everything is legal and documented and I can't cancel. he didn't scare me since nothing proves that my trip was booked and I have 4 hours the same day to cancel. Such a sleezy scammers !!! somebody should stop them. I contacted my bank and reported them!!

Absolute fraud! I booked a "too good to be true" fare and it was. The ticket that I paid for was $278 and, true to other reviews I found after, they called to tell me that ticket is no longer available and that the next available would cost more than $500. I was then informed that the fare I purchased less than an hour ago was not refundable, even though Farehutz.us never confirmed the booking (as told to me by Kairo Dennis, who has been named in other customer complaints).

Scammers .. do not use them.

The only reason for 1 star is so I can post this. This company is a BIG ZERO. SCAM!! BUYER BEWARE!!
We booked 2 seats to SFO for $365 total. Great deal right? After waiting 20 minutes for our purchase on their website to go from "pending" to "confirmed". I called and was told that we were only getting one seat at that price because the offer was no longer valid. It was not refundable and the charge had already been processed. It was going to cost us another $500 for the 2nd seat. I think the delay for the confirmation is so they have time to charge your card and then they call and tell you they could only get one ticket for your price. By the time you get the bad news, its too late to stop the charge. We quickly called our bank's fraud department and canceled our card. This company is a total scam!!! Do not use!!!

I give you 5 fives because the last personn she talked wirh me very kind.
I am not sûre to have a good and best expérience with the firm.

Sold you a cheap ticket when call you to tell you one of your flight is not available and you need to change. Charge you more.

Ask for a refund, told me no.

Just told them I will contest in calling my credit card and hang up.

they're criminals; if you don't comply with their terms, you get scammed. I bought a round trip ticket from Vancouver BC Canada to Bogota Colombia for one price, and they tried to raise it later. Now that I'm about to travel, it return out I don't have a return flight, and nobody answers calls or responds emails. Would be possible to file a lawsuit for fraud?

Report this app, it's the worst experience of my life. I made my booking and paid, they sent me a booking ID number, hours passed and I didn't receive any details about my flight. When I called, the response was that the flight was no longer available at that price, that I couldn't cancel, and that I had two options: either pay the difference or they would ban me from traveling on any airline and I would have to pay CAD900. They practically threatened me. They are scammers; they force you to sign a document with the amount you agree to pay so that the customer can't make a claim later. They are thieves, abusive. FAREHUTZ offers fake and misleading promotions. They are a scam.

DON T TRUST FAREHUTZ AND AIR CANADA
Here the continuation and the end of story :

I booked a trip that was advertised as an Air Canada-operated itinerary with specific fare conditions and a confirmed price with the company FAREHUTZ . Payment was completed based on that offer.

Only after payment, the agency informed me that:
- the return flight now included a connection instead of being nonstop,
- checked baggage was no longer included,
- and a significantly higher price was required.

When I contacted Air Canada, they stated that they have no visibility into what was advertised by the agency and cannot assist or intervene, even though their flights and branding were used to sell the trip.

The result:
the customer bears the full risk, with no effective recourse.
This experience has led to a complete loss of confidence in Air Canada, and I will avoid booking with them in the future unless stronger consumer protections are in place.
This leaves consumers unprotected and without meaningful recourse.
Until this changes, I will not travel with Air Canada again.

I booked on farehutz and they called me 4-5h later to tell me that the “discounted ticked” I bought was no longer available since a bunch of people wanted the same ticket and it was already sold so they wanted to me to either upgrade my ticket which was 700$ more or change the date which was 5-600$ more on the availability that I had.

I bought my tickets and paid the fee to be able to cancel if need be. I got a call a few hours later telling me that the original flight was no longer available but there was other flight for 490. I told them I wanted to cancel, but they said I couldn't. I told them I paid extra to be able to cancel, and they said that because my return flight was confirmed I couldn't cancel. I hung up called my bank and canceled my card. I got a call the next day from the company telling me that they found a cheaper flight. I again told them I didn't want the tickets and wanted to cancel, again they told me I couldn't. I told them I canceled my card and that they weren't going Toto get any money from me. The man got rude and at one point my husband told them cancel the ticket you're not getting any money from this account. The man just keep saying we couldn't cancel..... luckily they got no money from me. Don't use this site it's a scam.

wow wow stay way. they will scam your money. they sold me 3 tickets for a great price on line. i called the 800 number to confirm and the craziness started from there. they stated only one ticket was a regular fare the other 2 are standby. i said no thanks and they started trying to sell me more tickets. very very rude heavy indian accents and very aggressive. i immediately blocked my CC to avoid more charges and they won't stop calling w harassment. what a POS company. stay away

This company is a complete scam. My aunt used it to book 2 tickets to San Antonio and then they tried to get her for another 1000.00 she's now been on with them for several
Hours over 24 hrs. This company needs to be shut down!! Made complaints with TSA, DOT AND BBB

Would rate a zero if I could. This is just a bait and switch scam! Wouldn’t refund a flight that couldn’t even be booked . Had to stop payment on credit card.

This is a scam and I'm embarrassed that I fell for it. I went on Trivago looking for the cheapest flight and this group came up first with the lowest rate. I foolishly assumed that Trivago WOULD HAVE CHECKED OUT THE COMPANIES that it showed data for, they hadn't, and I will never use them again. I made my reservation and for over 10 minutes it kept saying it was "In Progress". Then I get a phone call from a man with a heavy Indian accent telling me that my husband and I were on Standby for the flights. When I complained they said the price we had been quoted was no longer available and offered us flights that took 4x as long or flights way out of our timeframe. I asked for my money back and they said I hadn't paid for any changes. I said I hadn't made the change, they had, but no go. I had my Grandson take over and after 80 minutes on the phone it seems we have our money back but it doesn't show on the credit card yet.

Scam scam scam scam! Buyer beware. They sell you a ticket online, then you get a “waiting to be confirmed” email. After calling to see why your flight hasn’t been booked, they try to sell you a higher price ticket at a different time and date because they never had the original booking you were going after. You get an Indian sounding man named “David Rodriguez” and his boss “ Adam Mathyw” (actual spelling) telling you that you can’t get a refund and that you have to pay more money to get a different flight. Seems like looking at the other reviews with similar experiences, this site is a scam. You will not ever get your original flight and they will try to “help” you find another flight and then charge you more money.
