Unskilled, terrible inadequate teachers who are never able to finish lessons in one day and always go off topic. Students are seen as £££ and they do not care about your progress or success. Each student represents a KPI and financial target and that’s about it. A truly horrid place and the so called interview guarantees are for jobs that do not exist. I have reported them to DWP. They also carefully curate their reviews so you’ll rarely find negative feedback. Stay away from them!

I cannot fault Farepoint at all. From start to finish, the experience was excellent. My assessor was extremely patient and very helpful throughout the process.

I recently completed the NCFE Level 4 Diploma in Data Analytics with Farepoint Training and am absolutely thrilled to have achieved a Distinction across all six units. I could not have done it without the support of my tutor, Simon, who was consistently helpful, encouraging, and knowledgeable throughout the course. The material was challenging at times, but Simon always made sure I understood what was needed and kept me on track. I have just completed the 10-week digital marketing course delivered by Kamal and it was worth every second of time I invested. The range of topics was great, because even if it was something you weren’t really looking at (Google ads for example), it was brought to life in such a way that you were still able to take away enough to be able to make solid, data driven decisions. Kamal really invests his time in getting to know learners and their businesses and he makes sure to tailor his approach accordingly; so he will say “Jane I think this might be good for you” or “John, this is a great tool for your business” etc. I loved how he personalised it. Best of all we have all left with a marketing strategy and I actually feel I can implement mine. Previously I was overwhelmed by marketing, but through this course, I have realised where I need to target my energies. Thanks Kamal, great job. (oh, and I’m no longer scared of AI).

I was looking to upskill in Cybersecurity when I came across Fareport Training. These guys (Thomas Curwen and Samantha Sibbick) are great at what they do. Thomas kept the class focused on the subjects and explained them in a way that everyone could understand. Class interaction was high and so was morale. For a 10 week course and a "FREE" exam, no one can grumble at it. The extra best part is, if you fail the first time, you get the retake for free.

Firstly I have little to know intention to speck to you once the damage was done, I’m not really sure what that would achieve.
Secondly the candidate reliability informed me that she was head hunted by her lecturer. So someone’s not letting the truth.
Having been in your situation before myself, I made contact with the other employer before any discussion with the candidate took place. But I suppose that’s the difference in having and not having a professional work ethic.

I recently completed Project Management Bootcamp course that was led by Mary - who worked very well with our group, accommodating a broad range of ages and experiences. She was particularly good at adapting the course (based on feedback requests) and adjusting the timetable to reflect the needs of the group (e.g. adjusting break times to better fit around participants evening commitments).Thank you Mary for your patience, teaching and sense of humour leading to a successful exam result at the end!
