They are fraudster. They made me believing that I bought a cheap airline ticket, and only on the second day, they sent me an email that my reservation is on hold to call them. When I called, I was told that the ticket I bought was a promotional restricted economy section that I should go on waiting list but no guarantee that I would be traveling the same day hence the flight is sold out. If I want to go the same day that the cheapest flight ticket would be $900 from $350. That if I don't want it that I would forfeit the money. They are fraudsters. Please, don't buy from them. There are not a good agency.

This is the worst airline! And the Indian employees that they have are rude, disrespectful, don’t give u a chance to talk‼️ you ask them one specific question and they respond to what they want to tell you. I am not being racist because I’m black and we’re more hated than anybody else In this world‼️ I made reference to their race because based on their accents they are Indians and i have spoken to four different employees within two days and they all had Indian accents‼️ Do not trust this company‼️they will give u multiple updates on one single flight and each giving you their attitudes and hanging up on you on the phone‼️

These people are scarmers, they will lure you into buying the cheaper ticket and then they will ask you to change your travel date or else to upgrade your ticket to a more expensive price. I am really so pissed with there service . They have the worst service I have ever received in my entire life. I don't recommend any one to go through the worst experience I have just gone through with their service...worst service ever

This is a Scam! You buy what you think is a ticket, then they call you to tell you about the rules and restrictions and upsell you the actual ticket. Also, look closely at their reviews. They all read the same and have lots of positive reviews on one day. Look at their google reviews, and you’ll see how dishonest they are.

This is a scam!!!! They bait and switch you. You buy what you think is a ticket, then they call and try to upsell you so you can take bags, and actually fly! They told me I had to be flexible in my travel days for up to 7 days. Thought I was spending $299.00 only to find out I needed to pay $600 more to get on the plane. They don't charge your card right away, so get on the phone with your bank and order a new DC/CC FAST!!!

Booked a 1-Way Business Class Ticket to STT (St. Thomas USVI) the morning of July 24th with Fareporto. Paid $598.10. DIVINE, a Fareporto Rep called me 4 hours later stating my Ticket had all kinds of "Restrictions" on it. I was going to have to PAY WAY MORE so that I could check my bags, get a seat assignment, not have to arrive at the Airport 5/6 hours early to get my tickets and be demoted to Economy Class.
THIS CREEP SHOULD BE PUT IN JAIL FOR FRAUD AND ENTRAPMENT.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE LIED TO AND RIPPED OFF.

Sky Smith was very patient with our boarding passes, assisting with a wheelchair for my husband who is not able to walk a long distance, and also helped check in for our flight to Orlando, Florida on 7/27/25.

Beware!! Never ever book a ticket with Fare Mover. They will scam and overcharge you for the ticket you purchase. I spoke with their Manager- Harry (?), and he will trap you into purchasing a ticket that is not confirmed yet, for the amount of $400 instead of $190, just to check one bag. I have the same experience with Fare Porto, and they have great customer service. I have the same situation with them, but they were able to cancel my flight and advised me to never go to a third party for a lower price. At least they are honest, not a scammer compared to Fare Mover.

Scam! scam! scam! Its a scam company. Don't try to mess with these people. This site is being shows on cheapflights.com for very low price. They charge your credit card and they say so many excuses to postpone the refund and after few weeks they say that they never charged your card. The positive reviews being shows on this site are fake. Total scam.

Classic bait and switch . Attractive airfare price online and then you get an email that you have to call because your booking is on hold , and then bs starts . Best thing is to call your credit card company and dispute charges , and look for another ticket .

I would put zero stars if this was an option! This company is a scam and a rip off and they’re beating me out of my hard earned money! The lady I spoke to on the phone was rude and hung up on me after I got upset because of the fact that they ripped me off! When I purchased this ticket, I purchased it for a certain day and time because that’s when I was having my sister travel and that’s when she had off of work and it did not say anything about being placed on a waitlist rather than actually purchasing a ticket for that particular date and time. Then we get an email stating that we’re being placed on a waitlist and there were subject to having our flight date and time changed when that’s not what I purchased! This is total BS and this is proof that this company is garbage and should be out of business because they are beating honest people out of their hard earned money! I haven’t seen my sister in four years and I saved up the money to buy her a flight and now she may or may not get here because she can’t take off work at a different time! I am most definitely reporting this company to the BBB! Do not waste your time or money booking with this company!

What is experience is that,they didn't waste time to pick my my call and they attended to me very fast especially skysmith who assisted me to checked on my fight. Thanks to her I was so grateful.

I have experience a lot of problems with my ticket to Europe. Tried to cancel the flight and get refunded. Unfortunately it doesn’t work that easy with Fareporto. I wish you good luck with booking with them.

My experience with Fareporto was horrible and I felt like someone was doing their very best to scam me to add additional cost to my card. They called me and told me the ticket I just purchased on their site was a STANDBY flight since I purchased it at a discount, and carryon or any check-in luggage will be an extra charge, mind you DELTA does not charge for carryon. Also, if I don't want to be on standby it will cost me an extra $400. Then, even though I booked my flight on DELTA, he is telling me they can put me on a flight with Southwest that will take me to Houston, TX with an hour layover at an additional cost of course. Mind you where I am trying to fly to is only a 2 hour flight. The whole conversation with Fareporto was very confusing, made no sense and felt scamish and very much sounded like fraud. Consumers be ware they will tell you so many lies to put more charges on you. He said their tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE, (even though the emai I received states you have up to 72 hours to request changes or a refund) and my only option to not be on standbywas to upgrade my ticket, another extra cost. I will never, ever again go on Fareporto site for nothing. Lesson learned.
