FRAUD
FRAUD! Bought tickets online for my daughter & I for a reasonable price. Got a call later saying that the flight was full & only one seat was available can I change my time or upgrade my seats for an up charge. How can I upgrade my seats if the flight is full? Just trying to get more money saying you won’t get on the flight. Called the airline & they had over 40 seats available for the flight I bought the tickets for. They called numerous times to try to up charge me, even charging me more for the ticket price than the airline was charging, I’m not a rookie flyer. Once they found out they couldn’t get more money out of me, they cancelled my purchase all together, though an email. It’s a good thing I check my email on a regular basis for work. Fareporto is terrible & I’ll never use them again. Very poor customer service & company as a whole.

Terrible service from the company — just rudeness and deception. I bought a ticket for a specific day with a discount, but in the end, the company couldn’t provide a seat and refuses to issue a refund.

This company is a scam
This company is not trustworthy and their practices are unethical. I had booked a ticket online, thinking that I was getting the best deal with this company, but then they called me a few days later and informed me that my ticket was on hold. They tried to push me onto another airline and charged me double the amount, deliberately making wrong bookings. This is a clear example of a scam and I urge others to be cautious when dealing with this company.

Big scammers
Big scammers. My sister booked flight with them. They even send confirmation. But after they started calling her and asking for more $399. But their site was still showing the same price. When we tried to contact customer service they didn't solve our issue instead of that they canceled the booking. When we tried to talk with supervisor( evening shift) he was very rude. Totally fraud. Worst experience ever had. Be aware guys.

I wish i could have given them zero star as they deserved.. They are big Scammers.. I booked with flight they asked for extra 399 from but i already paid 307 to them… They scam and said that you have to pay.. i asked for refund they denied i said ok book me another flight they Said that need to pay extra 200 .. FarePorto.com is hands down the worst…
FarePorto.com is hands down the worst booking site I’ve ever used. If you’re considering using them to save a few bucks—don’t. You’ll end up paying more in stress, time, and hidden fees than you would booking directly with the airline.
The site looked shady from the start, but I gave it a shot. Big mistake. The price they advertised? Total bait-and-switch. The final charge at checkout was mysteriously higher, and surprise—no way to cancel without losing most of the money.
Their customer service? Basically nonexistent. Good luck reaching a human. I was passed between vague, unhelpful chatbots and phone reps who read from scripts and offered nothing of substance. I tried to change my flight and was told I’d have to cancel and rebook—at double the price. Genius.
And when the airline made a schedule change? FarePorto didn’t notify me. I nearly missed the flight because they don’t update anything or send alerts. I contacted the airline directly and found out they don’t even have full access to manage third-party bookings made through these shady resellers.
Bottom line: FarePorto.com is the digital equivalent of a sketchy travel agent operating out of the back of a gas station. Do yourself a favor—book directly with the airline. This site is a black

if I could leave no stars I would. this airline is very unprofessional. They call and leave a message do not state where they are calling from, I thought I was fraud calling me. They answer and then immediately place on hold and then come back and just begin to speak. After realizing it was about my flight, they ask for my information and then tells me that they have to charge me more money. And asked did I read the fine print. I only made my reservation at 1019pm the night before and now it is 541pm when they called saying that I am unable to cancel or they will be taking my money with no refund. They say that I am unable to take luggage or upgrade to pay extra to bring the luggage. I will be out of town for 5 days with no clothes or personal belongings or I have to pay an extra $300 to change my reservations that I can not do because of work. These are the only days I have. they were VERY rude and told me that if I want the flight I have to pay or they will cancel and still keep my money. THIS IS FRAUD. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BOOKING THROUGH THEM AT ALL. They gave no reservation number or anything but tell me they have my card number and it was processed. HOW??
Scam for upsell
They sent email to call them saying plane tix on hold. Tried to upsell saying it was for "standby" and was a "special price" and if I wanted a seat I would have pay more. Clear scam, and no idea if a tix would materelize.
Added: this review site is clearly getting spammed by AstroTurf reviews claiming so and so helped them. Too bad AI is easy to spoof but you guys are smarter than that.
