TOTAL SCAMMERs!! Booked a flight and within 4 minutes received a call from a guy in India saying that the flight was full but offered to "Upgrade" me for more than the same ticket price was shown at Delta in the first place!
Calling Amex and Delta now to report this!

After emails stating they will pay for baggage, they didn't
We booked a flight to Italy with them and they promised to pay for the luggage on the trip back. We received several emails from them stating that they are going to do that. We started to book the baggage and kept asking how they are going to pay for it but they just said, "don't worry about it". They NEVER paid for the baggage and now they won't even call us back

Incompetence
The agent I spoke with was not listening to me AT ALL. I told her I want to know about how I would select seats if I booked and she asked for my booking number. I told her that I have not booked the flight yet because I want to make sure I can select seats and I am not seeing the option so she told me again to give the booking number. She finally understood I was calling to ask questions BEFORE booking and then she decided to try to book for me. I told her I want to select my own seats and she said she would do it for me. I told her, I would like the option to do it myself so she asked where I would like to and then she said she will help me book and will select the seats for me and my kids. After giving her the info, I asked her where on the plane we are seated and she said we were seated together. I asked what seat number and she said "in the middle of the plane". I then said I would like to book myself online and I just need to know how I would go about selecting seats and she kept saying the fare I am getting online will not be verified. I asked why and she said it just won't but I can try. I told her I just want to select my own seats so I would like to book it myself I just need to know how I would select the seats and why she said the fare I was not going to be verified. She said because the price has changed (even though I still had about 8 minutes left in my booking supposedly). I asked her what the cancellation policy is and she said if I book with her, I can cancel within 24 hours but there is no cancellation policy with the fare I am trying to book online. But she also said if I cancel the one I book online there will be over $300 cancellation fee per ticket. I asked her how can I find out whether the fare I am booking online allows me to cancel within 24 hours without a fee and she just repeated that the fare I am picking online has no cancellation policy. After this mind numbing conversation, I asked if I could speak with someone else and she said I should just google it and book it myself. She then hung up on me. When I called back, she picked up so I asked to speak to someone else. She said she cannot transfer me. I asked if she was the only person working there and she said that's not how it works, she cannot transfer me. I said I understand that, but my question is whether she is the only one working there and whether if I call again she will be the one picking up and she said the other agents are busy. I asked again, if I call back in a few minutes, will she be the one picking up or are there other people there and she said I can try, I think this is a bait and switch. The fare I saw online was $5K and the one she was giving me was $8.8K and she insisted that the fare I am trying to book online is not going to be verified (whatever that means). In the end, I did not book anything with this site because it's all very sus. Disappointed.

This company charged me for a flight and immediately called me demanding more money. I told them this is shady and insisted they cancel my reservation. they are now giving me every excuse as to why they CAN'T cancel. also learned that my conformation number for this flight is fake. you are being scammed.

Scammers! I booked a flight through fares journey for $775.97 , after booking I received a call from them telling me that the basic fare I booked was not available anymore and I have to pay more now. I told them that if the flight is not available anymore at that price to cancel it, they responded that if I would cancel I would have to pay a cancellation fee . What ? Either way the prices they post on their website are not the real prices and you will end up paying more . Total scammers….
