Exceptional Experience! I've used other agencies before, and had been happy with generally reliable service, but Fareskart went well beyond what we expected.

To begin, they were really helpful customizing our trip to suit our needs. Their recommendations showed that they quickly grasped what was most important to us.

So, the planning part was great, Fareskart are friendly, helpful, knowledgable, accommodating - it's like a combination of having an old friend meet you at the airport and seeing you through the trip, while also having a University professor teach you a full course on the culture in just a few days. It is so well planned, that even when you need to make a change, it goes smoothly. I did witness other travelers on the trip who had frustrating issues and delays - your vacation time is precious, and good planning with reliable guides is well worth it. Also - I found FK had options at all price levels, so there's no reason not to use them to plan your trip to South America. We are already planning to take another trip with them

I recommend talking to Scarlette if you have any doubts or questions. I put the wrong credit card information and she called to help resolve this matter. She ended up finding me a great flight for relatively the same amount.

Also, she continued to look for better alternatives on her own and called me when she found the best deal. I highly recommend.

Got the cheapest deals for my flights to New York. Had an amazing experience with Fareskart. Its completely reliable website with plethora of flight deals.

Avoid at all costs. I had to scramble to book a new flight after being told that there was a "problem" with my booking. I never received any calls or emails to let me know about this "problem" until after all of the seats were booked and they wanted several hundred extra dollars to get another flight. Completely unacceptable.

They scammed me
And ripped me off an extra 120$ without a reason
And never contacted me

Booked flights, received confirmation email and then noticed card had not been charged. Tried to reply to the 3 email addresses available on confirmation email, and all were returned as undeliverable. Called the company, and Nelson said he had tried to call us the prior day (but no missed calls or voicemails), and that despite sending us confirmation they could not honor that price and the flights would actually be $460 extra. Had to make alternate plans, but by then other prices from other vendors had increased. Terrible business and do not honor their prices even after confirming booking.

I am very happy with my service provided by Rikkin. He was very helpful. The answers he provided was what I was looking for and I am more than willing to speak with them again. Thank you!

At first I was nervous about using Fareskart. I thought there was a hugh concern with my booking reservation. I asked to speak to a manager, I was transferred to Nelson. He was so patient and kind to me, even though I was not very nice to him in the beginning. He eased my mind, he explained exactly what the situation was with all 4 tickets/reservations. We had to change our flight date after he had already spent so much time with myself and my friends husband and he was wonderful!!! I will definitely use them again. Thank you Nelson!

Nelson was most helpful during a time when I was quite concerned in getting granddaughter out of harms way. Nelson provided kind and caring responses and was able to secure a roundtrip ticket when the airline agencies indicated all flights were sold out. I also used this company in planning a 19 day round trip for 3 persons from Washington state to Shillong India. All questions were answered in a respective tone and we were provided all documentation as we requested. I am definitely using Trustpilot again for future travel!
