money gone but products never delivered
I've placed my order on September 30th for a grand total up to 110 Euro (1 products - 10 pieces) - paying with mastercard as usual, all good. Now, 1 month later, I've never received items or follow up emails or any kind of update related to my order. I've contacted them twice with two different mails and never got any reply or explanation or tracking number of the shipment. Zero, nada, rien, nothing at all.. Scamming!

Warning: very bad service and untrustworthy experience
I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from this pharmacy. I placed an order on April 6th and received a message the next day saying the items were ready and would be delivered in a few days. It has now been more than two weeks – no delivery, no response to emails, and no way to contact them. I ended up ordering the same products from another pharmacy and now I just want my money back. This kind of customer service is completely unacceptable. I do not recommend this pharmacy.
