I am furious now with this company. I ordered online 4 tins of baby formula. And pretty fast, within 2 weeks, I looked up the tracking number, it said "order delivered". What? I never received the order! So i emailed their customer service. They replied back saying "Your order was delivered". I double checked, and there was no package received! So I had to email them again, and they came back with the exact same reply - just copy and paste. I tried to call them, never on-line. I tried to email them over and over again, always telling me that the order has been delivered. Now it's been a week since I first contacted them, and no solid solution was offered. And I can't even get a single contact number for the delivery company from them. They are just not helpful AT ALLl! So I applied for refund - no news yet.

This whole website and company is a scam to me! If your baby's food is depending on them, you are screwed. I would NOT trust them again. And I do NOT recommend them to anyone.

Perfect. Simple and clear ordering and payment process.
Excellent communication and swift delivery.

I have purchased three times from this company and they have been very efficient. That was until I wanted support for an item purchased with a 2 year warranty which broke three weeks ago. I emailed Farmaline twice about the problem and they did not reply. I then used their online chat facility to contact them and they offered to collect the device. They made arrangements on two occasions via a a courier to collect the device. No-one came. When I tried using their online chat service they just asked me to email them - to which no reply has been received.

As you can imagine I begining to despair of any help from Farmaline. Whether or not they eventually honour the warranty their customer service is appalling.

So, needed my 'go to' breakout solution which usually requires a visit to my GP (always a joy to try to get an appointment). So I searched online instead, up popped Farmaline and, seriously, 48 hours later my order arrived. I received updates from the company, the delivery service used (DPD) is, without question, the best courier service there. Really I would recommend Farmaline for any product you need to order online. I will definitely add them to my favourites list.

My First order, I was a bit sceptical, but placed a small order paid by paypal and got an email telling me it was being picked and m parcel was delivered in just a couple of days, all present & correct with brilliant service & prices. I was really happy.

My second order, I wasn't worried, as I now trusted them, so placed a much bigger order. What a mistake. I paid by mastercard and got no email confirmation, so I looked at my account and it said 'ready for shipment', so I thought 'great it should be with me in a couple of days, so a couple of days later I checked and it still said 'ready for shipment', so I thought perhaps there was a problem with payment going through, but no, my credit card company confirmed that I had been charged for the order, on the day it was ordered. Six days later, I logged onto my Farmaline account have a look and the status now says 'refund accepted' no explanation, no email, no refund to my mastercard and certainly not requested by me.
I can only hope I eventually get my money back, so I can go elsewhere.

I ordered a product based on the ingredients on their website. When I was sent a different forumlation of the product that included parabens, I was first told it was the same as the manufacturer's listed ingredients. I sent them a screenshot of their website listing different ingredients and then the story changed a few more times. In the end, they will return my money but I am responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to them. SInce the cost of trackable shipping would put me out of pocket to almost the same price of the product, what is the point. They have since changed the ingredient list on their website (basically admitting they were at fault) but they refuse to pay for the cost of shipping the item back to them even though it was their mistake. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. When the company is at fault, the consumer should not be out of pocket to get their money back!

Farmaline is a professionel website with great and well-known products at cheap prices and fast delivery. If you have any requests, they quickly give you an answer.
It has all in all been a very good and recommendable shopping experience!

The product i ordered arrived within 5 days as the company set for. It was in good condition and it's deadline couple of years ahead. Also, my product had the cheaper price in Europe. In addition, the invoice is in pdf which is very helpfull for people that don't own a printer. THANK YOU, Farmaline! I will buy from your store, again.

Great service ! Very competitive prices and very fast delivery. The products always arrive in a good condition and when I had a problem, the problem was solved within 2 days. I was suprised about the fast service. Definately a must for everyone who is looking for a good online pharmacy.
