Acquistato l'8 ottobre 2024, non hanno inviato alcun tracking, il 15 ottobre li ho contattati per email sollecitando la consegna.
Mi hanno risposto che il corriere aveva tentato due volte la consegna senza trovarmi in casa.
Io ero a casa entrambi i giorni e nessun corriere BRT si è presentato.
Da lì un delirio di risposte con rassicurazioni di "consegna domani".
Sono reclusa in casa da 14 giorni in attesa di una inesistente consegna e ora non rispondono più né alle email né al telefono.
