All that is needed is to have the packer care - they wouldn't eat the product they sent - disgusting.
Never buying from them ever again
Never buying from them ever again. Always an item or two is missing. Fruits are all rotten Avocados are rotten. All vegetables were dirty with mud and wilted. Seems like they are selling all the rejected Fruits and vegetables. Please save your money dont buy from them.
Moldy, rotten, withered and crushed
Wish i read their 2-star Trustpilot review before placing an order. The boxes arrived with most of the strawberries rotten and mouldy, wongbok filled with black bugs, Shanghai Boychoy withered and mango bruised. On top of all, blueberries were spilled and crushed all over. The inside of the box turned blue. Never again

Time and time again, fruits and veges are close to rotten, moldy onions, bruised apples, tomatoes, bananas etc. Lettuce browning and withered, potatoes on the verge of going completely soft.
Better to go to local vegetables stores, or supermarket, at least you can be assured with consistency. Plus farmers box prices are not cheap anyway. And they carry most of the same fruits and vegetables that big chain supermarkets hold, only they have the poorer quality.

Except for some errors here and there the service is good..Specially customer service agent Pawan, Kavita and Harpreet are exceptionally good. They go out of their way to help you. Very well mannered girls as well..Wish them the best.

When I received my delivery half of the items were not included yet they took my money and they gave me no communication about the items not included. Their packer had put an X against half the products on the packing slip but they kept my money for the whole order and only gave me half the products. I tried ringing them a lot of times but it goes straight to answerphone every time. They only answer emails if they can be bothered and this time around I am still waiting for a response from them and I am now left unable to put a meal together as they have left out half the order and taken full payment.
I do not recommend at all and have had so many problems on so many different times!

They used to be awesome but now just mouldy vegetables and fruit. They have redelivered 3 times and 3 times they given me mouldy vegetables and missed stuff off my order.
Supermarket vegetables are better
I used to order from here but after getting vegetables that were not fresh and some were rotten I stopped ordering from them. After quite a few months I thought I’d give them another go but they hadn’t improved. The courgette was mouldy, potatoes were old and growing, beans had all brown spots on them. I ordered organic carrots but it was very obvious they were not organic. They sent an email that they were sending $16.98 of replacements but I said I preferred a refund so they did that. However the refund was only $10.99 plus a $3 store credit which is no use to me as I will never order from this place again. Supermarket vegetables are better than this company.

Rotten Moldy and Missing item!
Guys I live far from my family in Auckland so, I thought I'd send them a nice fruit box delivery.
They received it in timely manner so, I'll give this company stars for that and some fruits were fine. However, after my sister unpacked it today (14/06/2025) she found when she emptied the strawberry packets they were completely moldy and rotten! In my opinion this should have NEVER been distributed like that especially when you're paying $8 each for a small packet. Also missing blueberries which was charged?
I honestly don't recommend this company and I'm warning you all.
Better to just order a delivery from Woolworths at least their quality is better and their easier to communicate with if things are missing or damaged or rotten.
Edit: they just refunded the blueberries but yet to hear back about the strawberries 😅 still wouldn't recommend because sending moldy rotten strawberries is not on.

I’m beyond disappointed with this recent order. Most of the fruits and veggies arrived spoiled—soft, smelly, and clearly past their prime. Some items from my order were completely missing, and instead, I received random vegetables I didn’t ask for. Who thought that was acceptable?
To make matters worse, I received a half-hearted email apology with an offer to “swap" the rotten ones. Too little, too late. This isn’t a minor mistake—it’s a complete failure in quality control and customer service.
Our very first order of 6 boxes was actually decent (despite ants crawling out of the packaging). But this time? This order tops it all in the worst possible way. The photos speak for themselves—go ahead and check them out.

Very disappointed with the fruit, the amount I had to throw away was not good, already soiling when delivered and then what was OK did not last long, oranges looked good, cut them open and moulded on the inside? Cost me $100.00 so I expect good quality food. As i said the vegetables were good.
Very Disappointed In Farmers Box
The first two times the produce was lovely. Then it started deteriorating. The box I ordered this week was awful.
I ordered 3kg of Cara Cara oranges (previously they were awesome) They sent me oranges that were not Cara Cara but were small and looked like the colour and texture of over ripe lemons
I sent an email to complain, and they promised to resend the correct oranges.
The next day I got an email to say that they had been delivered so within 2 minutes I checked my doorstep and nothing. I checked again 3 or 4 times and still nothing. I emailed again to be told they were now out of stock. However, they are still listed as available on their website.
Very disappointed in these business practices.

Disappointed- Ordered for collection and i’m so glad we checked the box as the lady picking up before us has 12 items missing. We ordered 2 Australian mangos - Both were damaged and rotting, had to wait a solid 5 minutes ringing the bell multiple times when someone finally came into the main office. Shown the mangos was told they ran out wanted to replace it for the cheaper ones and tried to short change me. After what was an incredibly painful experience and no apology from them I finally got subpar mangos. Disappointed in quality - Cauliflower going mouldy and raspberries lasting 2 days before turning mouldy. The prices might be alright but honestly not worth it if you’re getting rotten items. Use to recommend to everyone but unfortunately will be taking my money else where.
Terrible quality (maggots!), terrible communication, delayed delivery
Delivery was supposed to be on Tuesday, I was still chasing it on Thursday. Poor communication and poor english - any correspondence was difficult to understand and I had to keep asking for clarification. Items finally arrived and it all looks like rejects/seconds. Bruised, blemished, dirty and wrinkly. Some produce had maggots on it. Far from the image and promises they make on their website. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!
