Do not expect any support if delivery is delayed, CS is awful

Furniture looks really good, so ordered a unit on April 7th. Informed it would be 8 weeks delivery.
After nearly 8 weeks I had not heard anything from the supplier , so emailed them and was informed it was nearly ready and would be delivered the following week.
Paid and informed delivery would be Monday or Tuesday.
Came back off holidays early to accommodate the delivery ie removal of current furniture.
Waited in all day Monday , no delivery.
Up early Tuesday expecting the delivery early, informed by email , no call , delivery had been cancelled and would hopefully be later in week but with no guaranteed delivery date.
Currently in dispute with company and will be contacting my bank for a charge back for breach of contract.
Buyer beware.

Brilliant company to deal with quality and build outstanding . From first appointment thru to delivery was a very smooth process
Wouldn’t hesitate to recomend them
