Cheapest price on the web for some Hope Hoops. Not as quick to despatch as others (but doesn't claim to be) So its very good value if you have a little patience.

There are mail notifications of processing and despatch which is helpful

Ordered a new DT Swiss front rim (as advised by Canyon) for my Canyon Nerve XC 9.0. Rim turned up and it had more holes (32) than my old rim (28) - black mark Canyon as the rim only came with 32 holes. Farnham cycles willing to take rim back in exchange and help refit the wheel. Top guys.

James took full responsibility to locate a properly sized chain ring when it was clear my order could not be fulfilled immediately. Not only did he find it on a friday afternoon from a neighbouring supplier, but despatched it first class for it to arrive the following morning. Also price matched it to my original order.
This sort of customer service is rare and Farnham should be applauded for encouraging staff to practice it. Well done and very many thanks.

As with most things, when things go wrong we have plenty to say. Because I am very pleased with the overall experience of my purchase, I have nothing to add

All items ordered were supposed to be 'in stock' according to website. After a few days with still no movement on order status I gave them a call. The person I spoke to was very helpful and pleasant and it turned out that one part was on order from another supplier. That is my reason for 4 stars not 5. Next time I would phone them first to see if the parts really were in stock, but would use the company again if they had the parts I was after for the best price.

Shimano dipping oil maintenance kit for Nexus hub gears is very overpriced at £60! Unfortunately there is no further information "out there" for using an alternative cheaper product (ie.gear oils) However, Farnham cycles offer the best price on this product, and it remains to seen if the cost is justified!
There is also doubt as to the amount of lubricant originally used during hub manufacture, as highlighted by experiences in wet weather conditions causing failure, (re. Sheldon Brown website in US).
