Was very pleased with my purchase, it was a very competitive price and came in a reasonable amount of time. The whole process was followed up with emails which was very good too!

I was after a MET cycling helmet for my son. I placed an order with another company but they kept pushing back the delivery date. I cancelled with the original supplier and searched for another supplier. Farnham cycles were the only company which had it in stock so I placed an order. Farnhams price was not the cheapest but there wasn't much difference. At least they had the helmet! The delivery was very quick and arrived much quicker than I was expecting. I beleive FC to be a relaible and honest supplier and I have saved its website as a future potentail suppplier.

Sent the wrong crank that I ordered, then took an age to respond. With such competition in mountain bike sales on the web, companies should really be trying to make a good impression to first time customers. Will not be returning

I ordered a chainring on tuesday and asked if it could be delivered before the end of the week. it arrived on Friday, just in time for saturday's race.

The response to my query was quick and friendly.

Was looking for a specialist part which many other suppliers didn't stock. Farnham had it in stock and offered advice over the phone. The item was delivered in 2-3 days as promised.

I needed a specific crankset and tried calling the other main online cycle dealers. None of their staff seemed to have the required knowledge and were unable to help. I then tried Farnham Cycles and they totally answered my queries and confirmed my required part. I ordered the part from them and received it within a week with free delivery. Excellent service and price!

Ordered the item on the16/09/12 and I am still waiting for the item to arrive on the 23/09/12.

Was going to buy Mavic rear road wheel from Wiggle, but Farnham better value and arrived in 2 days.

Confused, I decided to call for advice and I was put in touch with the workshop engineer who was a great help, and told me exactly what I needed. Their price was the best I could find for the chainset I needed, and it was delivered the following day. I couldn't have wished for more!!

The few occasions I have used Farnham have been disapointing. Very long waits for.. oh so.. long back orders. Maybe I've just been unlucky.....

They always give great honest advice and provide excellent service with a big product range and fast delivery. It is always fun visiting the workshop as well
