They took the money, and I Never received the product. 0 communication.

My engagement ring was designed and made by Faro. Exceptional customer service, beautiful ring. A few months later I asked them to design my wedding band as well. Everything turned out exactly how I wanted them. I'm very satisfied, would recommend them.

Excellent experience with this provider. I had an idea of the jewelry I wanted to be created, they created the design and 3D model which I liked very much. Then the jewelry was created and shipped in a very short time. In each faze I was very well informed about my order.
The result was more then I expected! Will definitely use this company for future purchases. This will probably be the only company where I will buy jewelry in the future.

The communication was great, i was well guided through my choice and received several digital models by email, before completing the order. The ring I chose is a custom 5 carat moissanite solitaire made in platinum and honestly i couldn't believe how beautiful it was. My fiance loves it and she's being wearing it every day since. Last December i made my second order for a pair of beautiful earrings with yellow moissanite. They are stunning, my wife is in love with them. The shipping to Italy worked very well. Great shop!
