Bought a $100 item, it was defective and broke down first wk and wouldn't charge. I filled out return form and returned item. Then received response telling me of their no return policy. No refund. I understand cant reuse items! Its DEFECTIVE. I couldn't return it within 7 days due to my schedule. They refuse to replace it or give refund. This is unacceptable for such a high priced item, that broke!!!
