I would give no stars if possible. Three dresses received but were such poor quality, I wanted to return. Turns out they have to be sent back to China, not Australia as they lead you to believe. So paid $39 postage to return, but still no refund. Won't answer my emails now. Don't buy from them!!
Great false advertising! Instead of being an Australian brand it’s cheap items out of China that after 3 weeks still aren’t delivered. Should have read these reviews first
Purchased 2 mens linen shirts that were meant to be from Australian supplier (researched to buy aus) when they arrived they were meant to be 2 xl in size but were prob small. Tried to exchange but was told had to pay $19.95 per shirt to exchange . That lowered to lower price not sure what. Was finally promised 50% purchase to be refunded which to date has not and believe will not happen. Been given the crap run around totally. They list as Adelaide company but not at all true. I ordered the Isla silk chiffon dress, it is NOT silk nor chiffon. It is the absolute worst quality dress i have ever seen.
We have been trying to return a $69 dress fabric was cheap and nasty. Not true to size. Have requested a return address which they will not send . Keep coming up with excuses and offers. They offer full refund but it is a total disaster . Please do not buy from this company they have been so dishonest in their dealings . This company should be shut down so unsuspecting customers don’t get scammed .
I have emailed them 4 times in the last few days ,so l can return dresses that l bought from them the dresses were not to my liking and asked for assistance with their return policies. I'm yet to get a reply and it's frustrating as these dresses cost me over $100 and l want a refund and return them. So at this stage lm not happy with their service. Hopefully they will get back to me.

Total Scammers! Do not buy from them😡🤬. They do not refund anything, their products are nothing like the picture, & their customer service is infuriating & beyond dodgy. I'm reporting them to the ACCC & Fair Trading & I strongly encourage everyone else to also.
