I ordered a Multiple Sclerosis shirt it said it was delivered on March 18th, 2026 at 11:38 am, first off tracking says on the 18th it was at customs, second I asked my mail lady and on that day my mail was delivered at 3:55 pm into a locked mailbox, these people are liars and thieves I'm disabled and spent my last bit of money to buy this shirt I have MS and they screwed me

Absolute scam uses fake tracking sites to trick you into thinking your package is in transit, trust me it is not. They originally gave me tracking-hub tracking info only to give me jsexpress tracking info after I contacted cc company to get refund for fraud. Look both of these fake tracking companies up they are scams also. Also request they be removed on Facebook even though they haven’t done it yet since they seem to like people getting scammed but the more submissions hopefully they’ll get the pointz

Stay CLEAR of these scammers. I ordered a ski sweatshirt and they placed a Jesus message on the back. It is unwearable and they won't refund my money.

Ordered over $300 in items paid extra for 3 day shipping. Items never arrived. Tried to contact company with no response. Thank god I used my credit card. The company doesn’t use PayPal as advertised it’s a scam.

Absolutely shocking, nothing delivered, they don't donate anything to charity. Keep saying check with neighbours and post office, even though says delivered to my address when I was on holiday and not there to sign for the order. No refund after 3 months of chasing just keep being told to check with neighbours. £45 down, disgusting especially as they were Autism t shirts for my daughter and son. They don't donate anything to any of the charities they're claiming to show awareness for.

I ordered in May, and by the end of July still hadn't received the items. After emailing back and forth several time they then tell me it's the delivery companies' problem. I did email the delivery company, and they have never responded. I will never again order from them, nor recommend anyone order from them. If I had to rate scammers, they would get five stars

Save your money and grief. Order never came. No response from company. JUST DON'T DO OT!

I order a Ukraine baseball cap. The delivery never arrived I've contacted their support to be told the item was returned to another warehouse but they can't get it but are willing to resend the order if I pay for their loss and shipping or I could get a refund but the cost of the item and shipping would be deducted. Win win for them Los Loss for me I'll never use them again and encourage everyone to do the same.

Should have look it up first. Never got my order. It’s been 6 weeks. I got a tracking number, it cleared customs in Boise, ID… that makes sense. I emailed, I got a second tracking number, this time it’s in California and has been in transit for 2 weeks. I emailed again, and got the most ai response. They were upset as I am, it’s Trump’s Tariffs. That would make sense, if the package wasn’t already in the USA. I requested a refund, but again, they are upset as I am and they are also anxious. The company has to be a complete scam and it’s too bad, I really liked that shirt.

Ordered 2 shirts and a ballcap. got the shirts - correct size and design, but the hat was wrong color and design, and shipped separately. I contacted them to let them know it was incorrect, and took a picture from my order showing the hat I ordered - but they still wouldn't admit it was the wrong hat. They offered a $2 refund, saying shipping would be expensive, etc. so I said sure, but $5 would be better. We'll see if I get a refund though. Not a good business to deal with. Too bad, too, because they had some funny stuff but I will now look elsewhere for online clothing.

Never order a thing advertised on Facebook without researching a company & reading all reviews.

The experience with these scammers is so similar to others this trusting old muggins has had. A late learner you might say!!
Don't waste your money, or expect PayPal to do the right thing by you, they seem to be in favour of crooks & scammers, rather than the scammed!

Zero stars. Worst company ever! I ordered shirts for St Pattys day back in January. They didn’t arrive until after. Bad quality of shirts as well. After never getting a shipping update after asking a lot it finally arrived so late. I said since it was not there in time just cancel the order and don’t ship. They are scammers and kept saying it would be there in time. Trying to get back money they wanted me to take pictures. Sent the pictures and their response was to send it back at my cost but it would be very expensive to send it back to China. I told them to send me a prepaid shipping form and I'll send it back. They came back with a $2 refund offer. Yep, a whole $2!! When I emailed them back and said it was not an acceptable offer they came back with a $4 refund!! I think they are up to 10$ now on an over 70$ order. It's an insulting offer so I asked for my money back and now, no answer. It seems they do this to everyone. Total rip-off! Avoid this company at all costs! I told them it will be my mission now to write a review anywhere I can every day now.

A scam! Got multiple emails saying it was leaving one foreign port to another foreign port.. never arrived

Ordered hats and sweatshirt on 3/11. Followed the tracking to Greensboro NC on April 7th. On April 14th I file a claim with Paypal. Within a couple of hours I am informed that a new tracking number is available. For some reason the tracking is now coming from China. So I am not sure what is happening but I requested a refund and tomorrow I will contact Paypay and fight for my refund. FASHIONALLEY IS A FRAUDULANT COMPANY. I WILL UPDATE AS INFORMATION IS REC'D.

Paid for a baseball cap online. Received several email "updates" regarding shipping status. Last one was that it was "delivered." It never was. Contacted customer service with no results. I am out the price of the hat and delivery fee.

Total rip-off. Received t-shirt that was way too small. NOT and XL. More like a kids large size. They asked me to take a picture (like that was going to do anything). I saved the bag that it was packed in and it showed XL on the stickers. Laid it on top of one of my XL shirts and it was clearly the wrong size. Sent the pictures and their response was to send it back at my cost but it would be very expensive to send it back to China. I told them to send me an XXL (just in case their sizes are off) and a prepaid shipping form and I'll send it back. They came back with a $2 refund offer. Yep, a whole $2!! Same experience as others. Placed order on March 3rd. Still waiting for the hat I ordered. I doubt their “Tracking System” is legit. Total scam!

If I could give a negative number I would!!. I ordered March 3 and still not have received anything. I relied on their supposed "tracking" info - I emailed several times inquiring about my purchase. My last response from them was that it was "delivered" at 1 a.m. on April 1. I have cameras - nothing was even recorded close to the 1 a.m. I emailed again asking me to check my bushes, etc and my neighbors. Not sure what reputable "delivery" service tosses things in bushes. There was no picture from them to prove that it was delivered. I am beyond frustrated with them. Ready to report fraud.
